RACE 5 No.1 Macewen

Very impressive winner here two starts back when sitting off a decent speed before rounding up the leaders and coming clear to the line. He settled further back last start at the Sunshine Coast when although making ground in the straight wasn’t suited by the tempo and the stronger grade. Back to restricted company tomorrow with the 2kg claim he looks hard to beat.

RACE 8 No.8 Outback Barbie

Quality mare who looks set to return a winner in tomorrow’s feature the Group 3 BRC Sprint. She’s at her best when on the fresh side having won on 3 of 5 attempts when resuming from a break and with the benefit of a recent trial win should be ready to go. From a perfect draw she’ll gain the right run tucked in behind the speed.

RACE 9 No.17e Don’t Waiver

Very open race the last and this one is well worth a ticket each-way now he gains a start. Showed plenty of ability last preparation rarely finishing far from the action and mostly without any luck going his way. Tracking a wide course he was entitled to weaken down the running being first up however he dug deep and closed off well. Looks overs!
