RACE 2 No. 15 Iowa

(Note also accepted Gold Coast Race 7 no.6) Chris Waller trained filly who’s put in three good solid 1600m runs recently the latest being an unlucky performance here last start when unable to gain clear running until very late. She takes the step to 2000m plus for the first time tomorrow however ridden cold from the wide gate I’m confident she can round up her rivals in the straight.

RACE 3 No. 10 Prue’s Angel

In form mare from the Tony Gollan stable who has found a very suitable race tomorrow. Close up without luck consecutive starts Gold and Sunshine Coasts before charging home very late here a fortnight back to just miss out on running down the winner Yarrapower. Drawn to sit off a good tempo tomorrow she’ll appreciate the slightly longer trip and looks all set to go one better.

RACE 9 No. 6 Malvern Estate

Very promising galloper from the Desleigh Forster stable who is unbeaten at all 4 starts this time in. He just keeps on raising the bar at each of those victories getting home over the top of his rivals in races not run to suit at all. Tomorrow he’ll be aided by the slightly longer trip and I can’t see any reason as to why he won’t be running over the leaders again late.
