RACE 2 –  No.4 Cellargirl

Quality filly from the Kelly Schweida stable who resumes tomorrow having won her only fresh start convincingly which was on debut at Eagle Farm late last year. She looked terrific winning a Doomben trial last month just cantering down the straight clocking good time wearing the heavy work shoes. Another first up win appears on the cards.

RACE 5 No.5 Prompt Return

The lethal Edmonds/Lloyd combination team up here with this consistent galloper who was a fast finishing first up winner at the Gold Coast. Never a factor second up on Heavy ground which is not his go yet he still wasn’t far away. Strikes a race tomorrow with plenty of speed & from his gate he’ll park just off the leading division, with clear room in the straight look out late!

RACE 7 No.2 Egg Tart

Chris Waller has 7 starters in the Queensland Oaks with this highly impressive filly looking the clear pick of the bunch. Freshened up off an outstanding win at Morphettville 4 weeks ago she’s had the benefit of a recent soft trial at Rosehill just to keep her ticking along nicely. The 2200m trip looks ideal & I can’t see any reason as to why she won’t make it 6 straight.
