Chris Nelson’s Eagle Farm Preview Posted on October 28, 2016October 28, 2016 | Posted by Chris Nelson RACE 1 – No.1 Balboa Rocks Sunshine Coast galloper racing in top form having either won or run 2nd at his past five starts. Appreciated the strong tempo to get home over the top of the leaders late here last start over 1400m, that followed a narrow defeat over tomorrow’s 1600m trip at Doomben the start prior. Looks well placed to bring up another win for jockey Jeff Lloyd. RACE 4 – No.2 Shamfrancisco Super consistent mare who has only missed a win/placing once from her 12 starts to date. If not for an unlucky 2nd placing at Doomben two starts back she would have won her past 4 on the trot! She has the speed to overcome a wide draw tomorrow and from up handy to the lead will prove very hard to hold out or get past in the straight. SuperPick - No. 2 Shamfrancisco - Profit Plus – 25% (Win) RACE 7 – No.8 One Inch Punch Gold Coast trained galloper from the Toby Edmonds stable who holds a very consistent record this campaign. Scored a tough win in an open handicap here over tomorrow’s 1400m trip beating Punta Norte who turned the tables last time out in a blanket finish also here over the same distance. Meets that runner better at the weights tomorrow and draws a good gate suggesting an economical run is very likely. Best Bet Race 4 No.2 Shamfrancisco Best Value Race 6 No.10 Unassuming Quaddie 7, 10, 11 / 1, 8, 10, 12 / 8, 10 / 1, 3, 5, 15 – 40% Bet Now!
