Chris Nelson’s Randwick Tips Posted on October 14, 2016October 14, 2016 | Posted by Chris Nelson RACE 4 – No.10 Eckstein Kurt Goldman trained filly who has only had the three starts to date finishing runner up her last two outings. She had no luck at all first up at Rosehill caught wide without cover before sticking on very well to the line being beaten just over 2 lengths. Only had the one run last campaign when runner up to the very smart Impending who finished close up in last week’s Caulfield Guineas. Early market support suggests she’ll go very close to breaking through tomorrow. RACE 5 – No.8 Man Of His Word Gold Coast trained galloper who heads south and finds a winnable race tomorrow. Eagle Farm winner two starts back when able to steam down the outside running right over the top of his rivals, no luck at all his latest outing when held up for clear running at a vital stage in the straight. The big track here suits his strong finishing pattern as does the step up to 1400m. Looks good value. RACE 8 – No.10 Egyptian Symbol Very consistent mare from the Bjorn Baker stable who resumes from a break tomorrow having had the benefit of two recent trials. Competitive all last campaign in Group and Listed company behind some very smart types including Japonisme and Mahuta she’ll find this an easier task and keep in mind is yet to be beaten first up. Best Bet – Race 8 No.10 Egyptian Symbol Best Value – Race 5 No.8 Man Of His Word SuperPick - Race 4 No. 10 Eckstein - Money Back – Run 2nd Quaddie – 2, 5 / 1, 2, 3, 7 / 4, 10 / 5, 6, 8, 16 Bet Now!
