Selections: 5,4,11,9 Suggested Bet: Name Dropper each way Race 7 PLACE DU CARROUSEL has been hit and miss in Australia and doesn’t want it too firm but, she’s trialling well and is attractively weighted under the SWP scale. STEPARTY continues to race well at a high level and has been given a good grounding to return to1600m. MARBLE ARCH is fit and consistent. ZARDOZI did enough first up and brings a solid second up record.. JUST FOLK is another that doesn’t want it too firm but has claims. Selections: 10,7,11,4 Suggested Bet: Place Du Carrousel to win Race 8 ANGEL CAPITAL won a key lead up race in good style and can be forgiven his only attempt at 1600m to date. NDOLA chased well behind SEPALS second up and that shapes as another key form reference. Not sure he inside draw is ideal for POINT AND SHOOT but he’s been a revelation in Sydney and reluctant to overlook his upside. ROYAL INSIGNIA is untested at 1600m but will appreciate getting back on firmer ground. Selections: 4,10,12,7 Suggested Bet: Angel Capital each way Race 9 RESERVE BANK is unbeaten first up and has jumped out impressively. DAGGERS looked promising during his first prep and has jumped out in good style to resume with blinkers off. CERTAIN RISE will strip fitter and looks suited stepping up in distance. GATSBY’S will also strip fitter for a solid return in stronger company. SCINTILLA has impressived racing through the grades in Sydney. Selections: 7,3,11,2 Suggested Bet: Reserve Bank each way Race 10 ARQANA was a late scr recently but has jumped out well since that incident and looks well placed second up. EUPHORIC will strip fitter for a solid return and maps for a soft run pending a clean start. ARAMCO and ZIRYAB will likely roll forward and give a sight.
