Race 1

NEVERMINDTHECHAOS (7) worked hard in the run and fought on well when a close 2nd to THREE RUMOURS (10) here last week and can turn the tables tonight. FREE WHEELING (1) is a good front-runner and she should lead and give a great sight tonight. THREE RUMOURS (10) faced the breeze when a narrow but impressive winner here last week and should be right in the finish again if she has luck from this draw. CHERISHTHEMEMORIES (4) was narrowly beaten in 1.54.0 on Monday and can play a part.

Suggested Bet: THREE RUMOURS (10) each way.

Race 2

THE KRAKEN (1) has been placed in three of his past four starts and will give a great sight if he can hold up at the start. VALENTINES BROOK (3) has finished 2nd at all three starts back from a spell and should be right in the finish again. PRADASON (2) wasn’t far away when 4th here last week and has the draw to be prominent throughout. DONT BOTHER ME NONE (4) couldn’t get into the race last start but must be considered on his previous 2nd to Sugar Street.

Suggested Bet: THE KRAKEN (1) to win.

Race 3

RASCAL (8) ran a solid 3rd here last week and the wide draw tonight is offset by a considerable drop in class. SHADOW ROLL (9) has been unplaced in his three runs this time in but can be dangerous in this company if he can get the right cart into the race. LIBBA RACY (1) led throughout here two starts back and should give a sight but does go up in class. MEDIEVAL MAN (3) is drawn to be prominent throughout and can figure against this field.

Suggested Bet: RASCAL (8) to win.

Race 4

MACHNIFICENT (10) couldn’t make up ground in a 55.5 last half here last week but can run a race at odds tonight if he sees daylight at the right time. HANDSANDWHEELS (5) has improved in all three starts back from a spell and looks ready to run a race in this company. GLENLEDI CHIEF (11) disappointed as a short -priced favourite before running an eye-catching 2nd here last week and looks a good each-way chance from his nice trailing draw. BEAT CITY (4) hasn’t had much luck at his last two starts and can improve tonight.

Tips: 10 5 11 4

Suggested Bet: MACHNIFICENT (10) each way.

Race 5

DIEGO (1) led throughout from this draw to beat a similar field in 1.54.9 at his last start and is clearly the one to beat again. GAMBIT (10) faced the breeze when a 4m 2nd in that event and will be right in the finish if he can see daylight at the right time from this draw. MAGNIFICENT STORM (9) started from a back line draw when 3rd in the same race. He has a tough draw to overcome again but he can go forward at the start and run a big race from the breeze. PRINCE OF PLEASURE (5) was narrowly beaten here last week and can figure.

Suggested Bet: DIEGO (1) to win.

Race 6

ARMED REACTOR (2) is an unreliable type but his best is good enough to win this and he was an impressive trial winner recently. RUN FOR MERCY (3) has performed well at her past two starts in stronger company and should enjoy a good run in the moving line just behind the speed. WOODLEA RAGNAR (6) has good gate speed and will be give a great sight over the sprint trip if he can cross at the start. HEZ A CHANCE (1) disappointed at his first run back from a spell but loves the shorter distance and can play a part from the pole.

Tips: 2 3 6 1

Suggested Bet: ARMED REACTOR (2) to win.

Race 7

STRAUNY (5) was backed into a $1.85 favourite here last week but blew the start when 6th to Orlando Blue and will be hard to beat if he steps smoothly tonight. COOPER (1) finished 2nd in that event and should be right in the finish again. AUSSIE SCOOTER (10) ran a solid 3rd in that race and continues to race well in similar events. MASTER YOSSI (11) has finished just behind the placegetters at his two starts this time in and will strip fitter again tonight.

Tips: 5 1 10 11

Suggested Bet: STRAUNY (5) to win.

Race 8

VULCAN STAR (8) has charged home to finish 3rd at his last two starts and will be hard to hold out if there is a reasonable tempo. MIDDLEPAGE (4) resumed with an eye catching 3rd to Miss Serenade here and is likely to be driven more aggressively second-up. CARRERA MACH (2) drops in class on his 6th here last week and is drawn to be prominent throughout. JOE WITH THE FLOW (5) is first-up but won a recent Byford trial and did lead throughout here in 1.56.7 three starts back.

Suggested Bet: VULCAN STAR (8) to win.

Race 9

WALL STREET GIRL (3) was crossed at the start and then checked at a crucial stage at her last start but looks suited in this company and appeals as the one to beat. STORMYSKYES (1) has been racing reasonably well and comes into calculations from the pole draw. WAIT FOR THE BELL (6) has the best form in the race but has been aided by nice draws and moves to an outside barrier here. TUMBLIN DICE (2) has won two of his last five starts in easier company and can be placed from this draw.

Suggested Bet: WALL STREET GIRL (3) to win.
