Race 1: GARRARDS HORSE & HOUND OPEN NOW MS PACE

SIMBA BROMAC (2) has won 15 of his 26 starts including a dominant win from the breeze here two starts back. He was far from disgraced when sitting outside Space Junk when a close 3rd to that pacer and should add to his impressive record tonight. MICHAEL JOSEPH (3) has two wins and three placings from his five starts this campaign and is the obvious danger. RIGHTEOUS BROTHER (1) is drawn perfectly and shouldn’t be far away. TANAKA EAGLE (10) isn’t at his top but could improve from his nice trailing draw.

Tips: 2 3 1 10

Suggested Bet: SIMBA BROMAC (2) to win.

Race 2: GARRARDS HORSE & HOUND ONE STOP SHOP MARES MS PACE

DODOLICIOUS (8) displayed something like her best form when leading and only being run down late in 1.55.1 last start. She isn’t as well drawn here but drops back to mares’ company and should prove hard to beat. TALKERUP (3) resumes from a 12 month absence but did race consistently last time in and was a recent Pinjarra trial winner. SUSIE ROCKS (7) was an impressive all-the-way winner last week but is drawn wider here. FOREVER REMEMBERED (10) will be running on if she gets any luck from her pegs barrier.

Suggested Bet: DODOLICIOUS (8) to win.

Race 3: GARRARDS HORSE & HOUND AT GLOUCESTER PARK BOTRA CUP MS PACE

MOTU PREMIER (11) couldn’t get into the race at his first start back from a spell when finishing down the track behind Galactic Star in 1.52.0. He is much better suited here and should give a great sight. THE BUCKET LIST (13) hasn’t won in his last nine starts but is racing well and might get the right cart into the race. ROCK DIAMONDS (12) was an impressive winner from the stand last start and looks the other major player. NEW WORLD ORDER (9) ran 3rd in that event and can be placed again.

Suggested Bet: MOTU PREMIER (11) to win.

Race 4: WWW.HORSEANDHOUND.COM.AU THE CHANDON QUALIFYING HEAT 3

MIGHTY MR SHARKEY (1) couldn’t get into the race first-up when finishing at the rear. He is much better drawn here and will be looking for an all the way victory with the hood added. SPACE JUNK (7) beat a stronger field when defeating Simba Bromac last start and has the class to overcome the wide draw. IM MASTER CHARLIE (10) is drawn to get a lovely run and should be in the finish. IMA ROCKNROLL LEGEND (11) is first up but is more than capable of figuring if anywhere near his best.

Suggested Bet: MIGHTY MR SHARKEY (1) to win.

Race 5: GARRARDS HORSE & HOUND AUSTRALIA & NZ WIDE MS PACE

LETS CHASE THE DREAM (4) has been placed at four of his five starts this campaign and gets his chance to break through tonight. He is drawn inside his main rivals here and should prove hard to beat. EL JACKO (5) bounced back to something like his best when a solid 2nd to HANDSANDWHEELS (12) and should play a part. IDEAL TYSON (9) had to do too much work last week and can figure with a better run in transit. HANDSANDWHEELS (12) has won his past four on end but will find it harder from the back line.

Tips: 4 5 9 12

Suggested Bet: LETS CHASE THE DREAM (4) to win.

Race 6: GARRARDS HORSE & HOUND 92219493 MS PACE

CHOK CHAI (9) has won 10 of his 14 career starts and has a clear class advantage over his rivals. He had excuses at his first start back from a spell and can bounce back into the winners’ circle tonight. RUNAWAY THREE (6) fought on well to finish 3rd with a flat tyre last start and looks the main danger. SMACKWATER JACK (10) has been placed at two of his past three starts and can be in the money again. DESTINED TO RULE (2) ran on well last start and is drawn to be a good place chance.

Tips: 9 6 10 2

Suggested Bet: CHOK CHAI (9) to win.

Race 7: GARRARDS HORSE & HOUND FOR ALL YOUR EQUINE NEEDS MS PACE

CHICAGO BULL (4) resumed from a spell with a comfortable win in solid time and will be the one to beat in everything he contests in WA this winter. BETTORS FIRE (2) was enormous when beaten a neck by GALACTIC STAR (7) last start and will be hard catch if he finds the front. RUNRUNJIMMYDUNN (1) was an impressive Pinjarra trial winner recently and must be considered from the pole. GALACTIC STAR (7) is flying and is looking for a hat-trick but the draw has cruelled his chances.

Tips: 4 2 1 7

Suggested Bet: CHICAGO BULL (4) to win.

Race 8: GARRARDS HORSE & HOUND FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER $300 3YO FILLIES MS PACE

OUR ANGEL OF HARLEM (9) hadn’t had much luck in WA but put it all together when a dominant winner at Pinjarra on Monday. She is drawn poorly here but can go on with it now. DE LA TOURBIE (4) defeated OUR ANGEL OF HARLEM (9) before chasing home that filly and has the right draw to turn the tables. LIBERTY ROSE (8) has won her two starts since being a beaten favourite in the WA Oaks and should be thereabouts.  AMELIAS COURAGE (7) ran on strongly on Monday and will appreciate the front line draw.

Tips: 9 4 8 7

Suggested Bet: OUR ANGEL OF HARLEM (9) to win.

Race 9: GARRARDS HORSE & HOUND OPEN ALL RACE MEETINGS 3YO WESTBRED MS PACE

ITSNOTOVA (11) is still a maiden after 14 starts but his recent form is solid and he should break through soon. He ran on well to finish 3rd in a similar field and should enjoy a nice run in transit tonight. BEE SEVENTEEN (7) finished 2nd in the same race before tackling a stronger field and can make his presence felt. HOW GOUDA SHE (1) had no luck last start and can give some cheek from the pole. OWNTHETHRONE (6) was fancied and ran on well to finish 2nd here last from a similar draw so must be considered.

Tips: 11 7 1 6

Suggested Bet: ITSNOTOVA (11) each way.

Race 10: GARRARDS HORSE & HOUND 2YO FILLIES MS PACE

MAJORPRIDE (8) won two on end in better company before finishing down the track behind Dracarys. This is significantly easier but she has a wide draw to overcome. COSMIC HORIZONS (1) has only been placed in one of her six starts but has been battling with wide draws and should be a big improver from the pole. IONA DIAMOND (5) chased home Dracarys last start and will appreciate not running into her stablemate tonight. COUNTESS GRACE (2) is yet to be placed in her four starts but should improve here.
