The Scout: EPL Week 13 Posted on November 25, 2021November 27, 2021 | Posted by The Scout Brentford vs Everton Brentford (14th) are now five matches in a row without a win after a disappointing 3-3 draw to Newcastle. Everton’s (11th) form has dipped severely as they have tumbled down the Premier League table off the back of six matches without victory. The Bees played their trademark aggressive football last match day against Newcastle and were extremely unlucky not to get maximum points. Twice during the match, they gave up a lead, but the attacking intent was present, and it was exciting to watch. The Toffees desperately need to stop the bleeding as they have been putting in consistently bad performances. The issue for Everton is scoring goals as they cannot find any chemistry up front, this has resulted in them only scoring once in three matches. Predicting an outright winner in this match is near impossible as two struggling teams clash it’s hard to back any team with any certainty. What is predictable is Brentford’s lust for goals and their hard pressing attacking strategy. At the helm of the Bee’s attack is striker Ivan Toney who scored last matchday and will have plenty of opportunity to score again. Suggested Bet: Ivan Toney To Score A Goal @ $2.43* Burnley vs Tottenham Burnley (18th) had their third draw in four matches after a 3-3 tie to Crystal Palace while Tottenham (7th) are back to winning ways after a solid 2-1 win over Leeds United. Newly appointed Tottenham manager Antonio Conte recorded his first win in the Premier League with his new club and will be confident to continue this form. Conte is an expert in turning clubs around and with several quality players at his disposal, we can expect Tottenham’s return to the top to not be far off. Conte lined up his starting XI with Harry Kane as a long striker flanked by Lucas Moura and Heung-Min Son on the wings in what could potentially be a very deadly attacking combination. The speed and pace of Moura and Son will get behind enemy lines while the world class finishing of Kane will result in plenty of goals. Burnley are officially in the relegation zone and are a likely candidate to be in the Championship next season as they lack quality throughout their roster. Tottenham are a world-class outfit managed by one of the elite caretakers in the football world. Spurs have the firepower to comfortably take care of a lackluster Burnley side. Suggested Bet: Tottenham WIN @ $2.00* Leicester City vs Watford Leicester have slipped to 12th on the table after getting destroyed 3-0 by Chelsea in a match where they were completely outgunned and never had a chance. Watford settle in 16th place and enter this match on the back of their biggest win this season with their 4-1 demolition of Manchester United. This is an exciting fixture between two teams who struggle defensively and thus compensate by their attacking ability and constant desire to score goals. Leicester have only recorded one clean sheet this season while Watford are yet to keep a team goalless. Watford have shown that they can score plenty of goals this season and this was on full display during their 4-1 win over Manchester United and a 5-2 win over Everton. Striker Joshua King is starting to find his form and is creating a strong partnership with attacking midfielder Ismaïla Sarr as the duo have scored 10 goals so far this season. Leicester is not short of goal threats with former Golden Boot winner Jamie Vardy always lurking to counterattack and score. Vardy has scored 7 goals far this season but is far from done and we can expect plenty more to come, most likely in this fixture. Watford will come into this match full of confidence following their Manchester United win while Leicester will be looking to bounce back after a poor performance against Chelsea. This creates a lot of uncertainty in an outright winner but with the goal scoring ability present on both sides, I expect plenty of goal scoring opportunities. Suggested Bet: Over 3.5 Goals @ $2.65* *Odds correct as at 9am, 25th November 2021. Market Market
