Sully’s NRL Round 5 Preview Posted on March 30, 2017 | Posted by James Sullivan Round 5 kicks off with the Broncos heading to ANZ Stadium to take on the Bulldogs who have been under the pump. The Broncos have had a tough draw to kick off their season and this looks a great chance for them to get a much needed 2 points. Two of the best performed teams of round 4 renew hostilities in Sydney’s “Battle of the Beaches” when the Roosters face the Sea Eagles. The Rabbitohs head north to Townsville to take on the Cowboys in Friday’s second clash and they welcome back Jason Tenmillionolo & Lachlan Coote. Super Saturday commences at Shark Park where the Premiers should account for the Knights comfortably, the Raiders return home where they were so impressive in Round 3 hosting an Eels side looking for some consistency, then what looks the match of the round, the Panthers, who have found some form head to Melbourne to face a club that they have beaten just once in over a decade. Sunday we see the battling Warriors welcome Kieran Foran for his debut against a Titans side who will be more than competitive, even with their injury issues. To round it out the West Tigers will look to put their off-field issues aside when they host the surprise packet of the season thus far the St George Illawarra Dragons.
