The Christmas Round of NBL continues this Saturday with what appears to be a lop-sided clash but….

Game rating – Sydney Kings 83 vs New Zealand Breakers 89

The Kings front up at their new home for the first time this season, taking on the Breakers who lead the series 3-0.  However the Breakers travel away with a home town loss against their name for the first time this year, following their shock loss to the Hawks at home (83-107).  The Kings split their road trip last week beating United in Melbourne before succumbing to the Hawks in Illawarra (102-83).

Prediction

When they last met in New Zealand the Kings surprisingly led until mid-way through the third quarter before the Breakers class was too much for the Kings winning (96-84) but the Breakers missed the -12.5 spread.  New Sydney coach Joe Connelly has his team on the improve and the +8.5 start is almost enough.  However the better bet could be for the Kings to lead at one of the quarters.
