Michael McDermott’s Weekend Greyhound Review Posted on April 6, 2018April 6, 2018 | Posted by Michael McDermott Mandurah Friday 6th April 2018 Race 5 – No. 1 It’s The Horse SuperPick (Money Back 2nd) In form chaser who has saluted in 4 of his last 5. His latest was in a PB of 22.67 and has the draw edge over his rivals to give them a run for their money. Race 6 – No. 4 Hard Wired Unbeaten in both runs over this trip, albeit in Country Company. Placed in 3 runs since at Cannington and is capable of topping the podium in his return to Mandurah. Race 8 – No. 1 Kili Monelli Put in an eye-catcher last start when 2nd in a PB to kennelmate Fernando Monelli. She has a strong record in red and is capable of going one better tonight. Race 9 – No. 7 Spitting Venom Consistent chaser who has only missed the placings in 2 of 13 over this trip. Does her best work from wide draws and should prove hard to hold out. Bet Now! Cannington Saturday 7th April 2018 Race 2 – No. 8 Sieben Monelli Has found his best again at the right time, leading all the way from a similar draw last week in Provincial company. If he gets across then they will have trouble running him down again. Race 6 – No. 2 Max Profit Comes into this off the back of some electrifying wins over 405m at Mandurah where he dominated his rivals. Drawn ideally to lead and will take plenty of catching. Race 9 – No. 8 Frida Monelli SuperPick (Money Back 2nd) Slick beginner who has led for a long way at her past couple over the trip before being run down late. Her times have been strong through and may just hang onto one this time.
