Race 1 – No. 1  Casus Belli

Powerful stayer who holds a PB of 41.58 over this trip, albeit well over a year ago. Resumes from a break and may be in need of the run but he is hard to go past in his favourite box where he has finished on top in 4 of 6 outings.

Race 5 – No. 7  Valachi

More or less dropping a grade to 5/6 company despite winning in a 4/5 last week, leading most of the way in a PB of 29.89 from this very draw. A repeat effort is all that is required to prove too good for this lot.

Race 8 – No. 2 Elite Weapon

The beneficiary of good fortune when showing plenty of early pace to get past the traffic jam into the first turn. She raced away with a slick 29.89 win and a similar performance will see her go back to back in this.
