Matt Young’s Tuesday Gloucester Park Preview Posted on June 10, 2025June 10, 2025 | Posted by Matt Young Race 1 BLUE BLAZER (5) has plenty of early speed and over the short course I thought there was a chance he could ping across and lead, looks a suitable grade and he built some confidence with a luckless run last time out, go well here. BONSTAR (1) has a nice draw and looks a novelty chance from the pole. BAZZA MAC (2) and DON’T GOIN THEWATER (3) both racing soundly, they have some early speed. THE WHIZZER (4) is a place chance, has elevated in recent runs but could work out to be an awkward draw. COHLIN (10) has the soft draw, novelty chance. SUNPATRA (7) will have to overcome a wide draw to get into the money, place chances appear the best. Tips: 5 3 1 2 Suggested Bet: BLUE BLAZER (5) to win. Race 2 Open race. KEAYANG JIGSAW (3) has plenty of early speed and may have a solid crack for the front with SYNCHRONIZER (1) who has the perfect draw, she has returned well and must be respected. BIG BOZZ (2) has options from the draw and with no back line, looks a decent novelty chance. DIAMOND BAY (4) was a nice effort last time out, looks an each way chance from the draw and can run well again. APOLOGIZE (5) and SOHO GIGOLO (6) are both capable but do their best work in front and not sure they can get there. JACKIE DANIELS (8) and BEYOND BLING (9) are both good sit sprint types but the draws really hurt their chances, they just need some tempo on. Tips: 3 1 4 2 Suggested Bet: KEAYANG JIGSAW (3) to win. Race 3 MAJOR DISCO (9) is racing well but is finding it hard to get the victory, went closer last run and can do the work, distance will suit him from a wide draw, go well. THE BETTOR SIDE (11) is racing well and from the back row, looks an each way chance. INTO THE FUTURE (12) will be running on strongly, has plenty of high speed. CAPTAIN PAPRIKA (5) had elevated in recent runs and this grade is more suitable. MYSTA MOON WALKER (7) was a solid run last time out but the draw is awkward. DOUGS LEGACY (1) is a place chance with CIGANDA (3) who was luckless recently. BY ROYAL COMMAND (8) is capable but needs tempo on from the draw. PRINCE OF TRIBECA (10) is a novelty chance with the softer run. Tough race. Tips: 9 5 12 11 Suggested Bet: MAJOR DISCO (9) to win. Race 4 HER PRESENCE (4) and SKIP A BEAT (5) are both undefeated in their short, spanned careers so far, HER PRESENCE (4) has the fitness on her side and looks a major player again here as she gets better with fitness and more race experience. SKIP A BEAT (5) looks a progressive type but may run a bold race on return. RAJAH ROCKS (3) is not at his best but has the draw advantage, more of a novelty chance with his current form. MADAM MAGGIE (1) has a nice draw and should be handy enough. CRY HAVOC (2) is a novelty player with ROAD CLOSURE (6) who is racing well, and BETTOR HAVE FAITH (9) will be running on. Tips: 4 5 3 1 Suggested Bet: HER PRESENCE (4) to win. Race 5 LUKES MISTAKE (8) has a good amount of upside coming into this very open contest. He can be put into the race and their looks to be conjecture over who is going to lead, therefore could be a decent lead time. ZUEDE (6) is ready to win but if you’ve been following, he’s been costly only due to the lack of tactical speed he has. SONIC SEELSTER (7) can potentially burn across and be an each way chance. DUSTYROADS (1) is a place hope from the draw. RODGER JAMES (2) is mixing in form, capable of winning. LUCY VICTORIA (3) is getting closer to the podium, outside chance. DOCTOR STEVE (4) is suited in this grade but needs to lead to win and doesn’t win out of turn these days. VYBRANT (5) will be running home well, just needs to be saved up for one run. Tips: 8 6 7 5 Suggested Bet: LUKES MISTAKE (8) each way. Race 6 MACH FREEWAY (4) will be fitter for the first up run, loomed up but just failed to finish it off so fitness might be the difference here, go close. MORE THAN HONOURED (6) was bold in his performance last time out, this grade suits and should run a big race, looks the main danger. GRIN DESTINY (9) trialled up well and although can mix form, best is good enough. DANGER (8) is improving with CARA DIANA (7) but both have awkward draws. AIR MARSHAL (5) needs to improve on the first up run. Tips: 4 6 9 8 Suggested Bet: MACH FREEWAY (4) to win. Race 7 COMO EL VIENTO (6) has the draw advantage and has been racing really well, he is ready to win although his last run was a bit below his best, this grade suits and is quite versatile. SPIRITED WHITBY (7) on the backup from Friday, has just tapered a touch in recent runs but this grade is suitable and with a small field, she has options. MONEY WELL SPENT (1) is nicely drawn, place chance. CHEKKER (3) might need the run but has shown promise. Tips: 6 7 1 3 Suggested Bet: COMO EL VIENTO (6) to win. Race 8 SHOO BOOZY (6) was excellent in her debut win, had to do the work but is most likely going to have to do it again but hard to go against her on that effort. MAAS ATTACK (3) was solid in defeat, may have to face the same issue again with a nice type outside of her, but will be better for the run, go well. MISS LEOPATRA (1) will be better for the first up run and has a nice draw to figure. OUR BLUE DIAMOND (5) will be running on with STAYCATION (7) who has ability but needs to score up and compete. Tips: 6 3 1 5 Suggested Bet: SHOO BOOZY (6) to win. Race 9 SPORTING GRACE (1) has a nice draw, looks a suitable grade and at the middle distance there are options for her, but I think she looks an each way chance. SHEHADI (2) has the perfect draw and looks a solid chance in this grade, just needs some luck from the draw. AMARETTO ANGEL (3) has early speed but weakened on Saturday, can bounce back in this grade. LOVE OF MINE (6) will be further improved but the draw is awkward. HAVING FUN (4) over raced on Sunday and is on the quick backup, winning chance if she could lead. LADY VALASCA (7) trialled okay, capable but may need the run. Tips: 1 2 4 3 Suggested Bet: SPORTING GRACE (1) each way. Market Market
