Race 1

MAJESTIC GA GA (4) won well on Friday night and is on the quick backup, has plenty of early speed and looks likely to lead again and be very hard to run down. LUVAFLAIR (1) has the ideal draw and has some early speed, with the option of the sprint lane it looks likely to see her behind the leader and logical top 2 player. CHUMANI (8) hit the line well on Friday after getting out late and is starting to improve the form, looks a novelty chance from the draw with PATCHED (9) who was disappointing on Friday. Other novelty chances to MRIYA DREAM (2) and LINE THE STARZZZ (7).

Race 2

PROPOSITION JOE (7) reads up well and looks very hard to beat in his WA debut but will be short, unbeaten in two starts before making the trip from the shaky isles to the west. WHEELSOFORTUNE (6) is a nice type who really improved during his last preparation, has got the draw advantage and could give them something to chase. MINK (5) and BUTTER ME UP (4) look next best on form with BUTTER ME UP (4) having the speed to potentially lead. ROMAN GUARD (2) a novelty chance at best.

Race 3

IDEAL INTEREST (4) came in fresh last week and settled last before making good ground late up the sprint lane, the run was encouraging and this field looks suitable to him and his racing style, he will be hard to hold out. HOTFOOT IT (1) destroyed the field on Saturday night at Northam; he has the speed to lead and will take some running down. TRITTRITTBANGBANG (8) ideally drawn and looks a solid place chance, he hit the line well on Friday night. LITTLE BITOF FUN (2) returns and is a capable type, might need the run but keep safe.

Suggested Bet: IDEAL INTEREST (4) to win.

Race 4

STIRUP IRON JACK (6) looks a big chance to charge across and work to the top, looks a suitable assignment for him and he will take some beating from the front end. TRUNKEY CARRAWA (9) was solid in victory last time out, track should suit him and he will be winding up strongly late. BEALAWYER (7) is always a novelty chance but the draw hurts. Novelty chances to GEARSINAWHIRL (2), IDONTWANABEAPIRATE (4) and HARRYS A ROCKSTAR (8).

Race 5

WHOS THE DAD (3) has sufficient early speed and looks set to charge to the top and be very hard to beat, he had his chance when beaten two starts ago but backed it up with a good run on Friday night, gets another opportunity. OUR LILILOU (7) will be running on strongly with the small field suiting and she’ll likely be saved for one run. BAZAAR PACKAGE (4) has good early speed and is racing consistently. BOBBY WATERHOUSE (2) is a novelty chance as he is likely to lead early. GOLD HORSESHOE (5) can mix his form and TERROR IN TEXAS (6) has always been talented but is first up for a long time.

Race 6

Open race, FUNKY MUSIC (5) was a winner on Friday at Albany as it makes the trek to Pinjarra to go back-to-back, has good early speed and looks the potential leader and should run well with options on her side. IN MY OWN TIME (11) draws poorly after some cranky behaviour which saw her scratched as a short, priced favourite, has ability and with a better attitude can play a part. SIMPLYTHEBEST (9) is first up for the new stable and has shown promise, nice draw and right grade to play a part. SNAKEY BAY (10) will be running home. CLASSICAL ELLIE (7) capable but is quite one dimensional so the draw is a concern.

Tips: 5 11 9 7

Suggested Bet: FUNKY MUSIC (5) to win.

Race 7

TRIROYALE BRIGADE (7) comes into this with solid claims, wasn’t a bad effort last time out and with a safe getaway can get into the race well and looks ready to run a big race. LONGREACH BAY (12) must overcome the 30m handicap but looks suited after his efforts on Friday night, he can sustain speed for a long period of time. MINOR CATASTROPHE (1) is second up and can run well off the nice handicap, normally begins safely and can pick and choose her options and run well. BEAT THE BANK (9) has put together two decent runs and looks to be trending in the right direction but can be a bit tardy away. BE HOME SOON (5) a novelty chance with MYDADTHETERROR (9).

Suggested Bet: TRIROYALE BRIGADE (7) to win.

Race 8

Open race. DAT LOVELY (2) has the nice draw and good early speed, could bounce out and potentially lead this but there could be some resistance with SWEET DUNCAN (1) a decent beginner off the inside but with the sprint lane in operation, may take that option. HEZ SPECIAL (5) and ROCKIN LE MONDE (6) are both quick early with the latter having more than his fair share of chances now and can’t get the job done. ALTA KING (8) was good last time out but must overcome a tricky draw, put the writing on the wall that he is back to his better form. THE BETTOR SIDE (11) is always a good place chance but finding it hard to break through, he will look dangerous. JINGLING JEWELS (3) a novelty chance with MISTER KOPA (4) who rises in grade. Tough race.
