Race 1

YOUR KIDDING (6) goes back 10m after winning at this track and distance last time out, he normally steps quickly and looks a major player as he can work his way to the top. SELLUNE (8) is a consistent performer and will be running on strongly off the back handicap. MAJESTIC LINE (1) is now third up into the preparation and looks a solid chance to improve and finish in the money here. TILTHESUNSETS (2) is normally reliable early and can get into a top 4 spot with other chances including ELISH STAR (4).

Suggested Bet: YOUR KIDDING (6) to win.

Race 2

STREETS OF STOCKTN (8) returns and has shown good promise, should settle close enough and be able to get into the clear late and looks hard to hold out. SWEETER THE BETTOR (7) has shown promise but did things wrong last time out, could be a sharp improver in this grade. IDEAL DIAMOND (9) trialled up well and looks to have some depth, should be included in novelties. STRELITZIA MISS (1) has shown promise, has the draw and can feature into the money here. PET SHOP ADDA (4) has improved in recent runs and continuing that improvement, map could work out a touch awkward here. THE SLIPPERY DIP (6) can run into the back end of your novelties on what we’ve seen so far.

Race 3

EDGEEZ GIRL (8) trialled up well and shows good high speed, therefore this draw could work out perfectly, debuts in a fillies maiden that lacks a bit of overall depth and expect her to be very dangerous late. NO MESSING ABOUT (1) has been racing soundly and has a nice draw here to feature and should be close to the speed, if not in front. ELVIRA JANE (3) has been sound recently and racing stronger fields, should be thereabouts. SHEER ROCK LADY (5) is continuing to improve with every run this preparation, but the draw is a touch awkward. WESMEDAD (12) not the worst at massive odds to get into a top 4 position, include in first 4’s.

Suggested Bet: EDGEEZ GIRL (8) to win.

Race 4

GEARSINAWHIRL (1) gets a run now and has got plenty of early speed, should lead and can run a good race in this, could be an improver. SUB MARINER (4) is racing better than numerical form suggests, has performed well in a lightning lap before and can go close in this, keep safe. BEALAWYER (6) is hard to catch, can win but finds it hard to break through. SPINNER OF YARNS (8) is racing like the stable mate, not at his best. CARA DIANA (9) and HEAVENLY BLISS (10) both capable but the draws are difficult.

Tips: 1 4 6 10

Suggested Bet: GEARSINAWHIRL (1) each way.

Race 5

WORLD SECRET (5) has hit a purple patch of form and can win this again, can be driven forward today and could find the top, hard to tip against her at this stage. BETTOR MOVE ALONG (6) looks a strong each way chance, this grade suits him better and could fly under the radar a touch. LORD PUBLISHER (8) is drawn well to follow the speed and if the gaps appear he will get home strongly. SHEZA BROMAC (1) looks the early leader but hasn’t been at her best. MANEA (2) is racing soundly with SUNSHINE SWIFT (3) but the draws dictate tricky maps if they get shuffled back. AWAITINGINSTRUCTIONS (9) can punch the rail and run into the novelties and SKIPPIN CLASS (10) will be running on well.

Suggested Bet: BETTOR MOVE ALONG (6) each way.

Race 6

Competitive race upcoming, STORMYSKYES (5) numerical form doesn’t read up all that flash, but she trialled at Bunbury a few weeks ago and was outstanding, this grade suits and she can be driven like the best horse and go close. MISTER RIDGEWELL (2) returns and has the speed to lead early, has options thereafter. GRAND COUTEAU (6) has put together two strong recent runs, and she is versatile, should feature in the money. EKARA NAVAJO (7) is racing well but the draw is difficult, had a few things go right last time out and got a lovely run, map looks more challenging this time. ALFA PRINCE (8) will be running on well and JOEY JAMES (3) is a consistent performer and can feature into the novelties with FLYIN DISCO (4) who is oh so consistent.

Suggested Bet: STORMYSKYES (5) each way.

Race 7

JUSTCALLMEMIKI (1) is second up today and has the perfect draw and looks hard to beat here, he has a good cruising speed and can lead them a long portion of this race. WAVERIDER (8) is ideally drawn, he did the work last time out and only got swallowed up late, this draw means he will get a look at the favourite and be dangerous late. COPY CAT QUEEN (3) has been flying in mares’ grade, this is a great test for her and same can be said for FRANCO MOTU (4) who has won 6 from 6 in his career but this is his toughest test. GOLDEN LODE (6) can do some work in the race, and we have seen him perform well in free for all grade. MENEMSHA (10) will be powering home, just needs a tempo to suit him. PETES HONOUR (9) can follow the rails and be considered a novelty chance, they are a bit slick for him, but he will get a lovely run. CABERNEIGH (11) and IM LIGHTNING BANNER (12) are racing well but the draws and map for both runners are challenging.

Suggested Bet: WAVERIDER (8) each way.

Race 8

SWEET DUNCAN (11) gets another opportunity, he was made to work incredibly hard when making a mid-race move last time out and peaked on his run late, looks a suitable grade for him and should be ready to run a big race. JAMIE KIM (1) has the speed to lead early but think they’ll look for cover in this and be close enough to see him run a better race. DREAM CONTROL (7) is racing well but she has been racing in top form at the shorter trips, draw and distance is a slight concern for this sit sprint type. FIREPLAY (6) is a novelty chance if he can use his early speed to get handy. GOTA GOOD WARHOL (8) and TUBBS FARQUHAR (10) are both dropping in grade but don’t win all that often, likely to be there at the business end. HUGHEY (9) has lifted recently and can be included in your novelties.

Tips: 11 10 8 7

Suggested Bet: SWEET DUNCAN (11) to win.

Race 9

Open race to finish the program. SIR WILLOUGHBY (6) didn’t have much luck first up but still performed well considering times and map, draw is tricky, but he is fitter and has a great deal of ability, think he will run a bold race here. LAZARUS STAR (11) was solid last time out and has his fair share of ability, has the high speed to overcome the draw. Early speed in the event THE RIZZLER (2) is going ok but will have challengers from VILLAGE DEE JAY (3) who could run well and DOWNBYTHEAVENUE (5) had no excuses last time out but has ability. LUCKY COPY (7) was disappointing last time out but also has early speed but hard to get enthused on most recent effort. STELLA DELIZIOSA (8) and MISS VINCENZA (9) both capable of running on from their respective draws. BOY BLUE (12) is second up and has good closing speed and should be powering into it and must be respected again even with the issues of traffic for him.
