Scott’s Friday Kalgoorlie Preview Posted on March 29, 2018March 28, 2018 | Posted by Scott Embry Scott Embry’s Preview Race 1 INIMITABLE looks to have above average ability for a Kalgoorlie maiden and local owners have made an astute purchase. FERG’S GALLOP has always promised to break a maiden. FLIRT’S OFFENCE ran some nice enough races early last season. SMARTRAVELLA next. Numbers: 5 – 1 – 4 – 6 Suggested Bet – INIMITABLE WIN Race 2 MERVYN finds the front, rolls along and will paddle late. Just a question on whether he is fit enough to hold on. OCEAN GROVE won stylishly in Victoria first-up last preparation. BOS TAURUS gets back and runs on hard. ANGELIC ANGEL is hard to catch but talented enough when right. Numbers: 2 – 6 – 1 – 5 Suggested Bet – MERVYN WIN Race 3 GOOD FORTUNE has been riddled with bad barriers and unsuitable rail positions in midweek grade in Perth. This is worlds easier. TRANSITIONAL is getting very close, he was brave last start. TIME ON MY SIDE could be a handy Kalgoorlie pick up, she rolls in front. URQUELL should box seat from the gate. Numbers: 10 – 7 – 12 – 6 Suggested Bet – GOOD FORTUNE WIN Race 4 SWIFT SIS has been belting moderate opposition in the Great Southern but this race looks a nice enough assignment stepping up in class and down on the minimum. CEE I AY is getting closer to another win. RIKKI TIKKI TAVI goes well fresh. MOMENT OF PRIDE will need to swoop from a long way back. Numbers: 9 – 2 – 4 – 3 Suggested Bet – SWIFT SIS WIN Race 5 BELLS TOWER should find the front and from there is the class runner and one to run down. TOO CLEVER slides across to sit outside and will be right in the mix. LIQUID MAN is not the most genuine but has strong form lines to his name. NIGHTWATCHMAN drops massively in grade. Numbers: 1 – 2 – 7 – 3 Suggested Bet – BELLS TOWER WIN Race 6 WHERE’S WALLY would win by absolute panels if the real Where’s Wally showed up. If he is more than 50% interested in racing he should blow them to pieces. GRINDING HARD rolls forward with no weight. MAJOR MAMBO has hit a purple patch of form. FIERY COMBAT next best. Numbers: 1 – 8 – 3 – 2 Suggested Bet – WHERE’S WALLY WIN Bet Now
