Race 1: TABTOUCH MARES MS PACE

MILLVIEW SIENNA (10) finished her last campaign with consecutive victories but was only plain first up. She will strip fitter for that outing and has drawn to get a lovely run on the pegs. OUR JEREMES GEM (1) led and put in a shocker two starts back but must be considered on her efforts either side of that run. SOHO CHANGELING (5) has been placed at her last two and has the speed to overcome her awkward draw.  NOTHINGBUTADREAM (8) has also been placed at her last two starts and will be running on.

Tips: 10 1 5 8

Suggested Bet: MILLVIEW SIENNA (10) each way.

Race 2: WESTRAL MS PACE

ZENNART (9) has resumed from a long layoff in excellent form, with four wins and three placings from his seven starts. He worked hard in the breeze and was a brave 2nd to Runrunjimmydunn in quick time last week and can overcome the wide draw. TUAS DELIGHT (1) galloped out from the stand and couldn’t get into the race last week but is a major player from the pole. CHEVRONS CHAMPION (10) is drawn to get a lovely run and shouldn’t be far away. HOT FRATERNITY (3) goes up in class but can be in the money.

Tips: 9 1 10 3

Suggested Bet: ZENNART (9) to win.

Race 3: CHOICES FLOORING MS PACE

ROCKNROLL LINCOLN (6) won comfortably when dashing home in 55.1 before beating a strong field in the Narrogin Cup. He isn’t as well drawn tonight but should still give a great sight. NEW WORLD ORDER (1) couldn’t handle the sustained tempo when 5th to Chicago bull from this draw two starts back but will appreciate the class drop here. RISK (9) will be fitter after two runs back and has the hood added tonight. MIGHTY MR SHARKEY (2) hasn’t started inside barrier seven at his last five starts and can bounce back from last week’s failure.

Tips: 6 1 9 2

Suggested Bet: ROCKNROLL LINCOLN (6) to win.

Race 4: OWNERS ONLY WA DERBY PRELUDE MS PACE

KING OF SWING (3) raced in the best company in NZ and comes here with big raps. He has been battling illness but impressed with a 1.55.6 Pinjarra trial win and is clearly the one to beat. BENHOPE RULZ (1) battled on well after a tough final 1200m at his first run in the state and looks the main danger from the pole. COTT BEACH (4) impressed when finishing strongly for 2nd to Bechers Brook last week and must be considered on that effort. OCEAN RIDGE (5) beat a vastly inferior field at his first run in the state but looked good in doing so.

Tips: 3 1 4 5

Suggested Bet: KING OF SWING (3) to win.

Race 5: EASTER CUP

RUNRUNJIMMYDUNN (10) has his first start from the tapes but his mobile form has been excellent and he will give a great sight if he can maintain his handicap advantage over his main rivals early. BETTORS FIRE (14) is better known as a mobile specialist but can display a great turn of foot when back in the field. THE BUCKET LIST (13) was only plain in the Narrogin Cup but likes the stand and can improve. TOMMY BE GOOD (12) is another who loves the stand and ran a nice 3rd in the Narrogin Cup.

Tips: 10 14 13 12

Suggested Bet: RUNRUNJIMMYDUNN (10) each way.

Race 6: PRINCI BUTCHERS MS PACE

EL MACHINE (5) has been unplaced at his last five starts but has been tackling the likes of Zennart and Runrunjimmydunn and will appreciate the class drop. He has a sharp turn of foot and will be hard to hold out if the race is run to suit. MISTER ARDEE (11) never looked like winning but battled on well to finish 3rd to Frostyflyer last week and must be considered. WABI SABI (1) made up plenty of ground when 4th here last week and is a major player from the pole. IROCKMYWORLD (10) did win from this draw in February and can improve.

Tips: 5 11 1 10

Suggested Bet: EL MACHINE (5) each way.

Race 7: GARRARDS HORSE & HOUND TROTTERS MOBILE

BALMORAL BOY (1) led throughout to beat most of these in 1.56.4 before working to the front when 3rd to ITSGETTINGCALDER (7). He is better suited to the sprint trip but should give a great sight. ITSGETTINGCALDER (7) faced the breeze when a strong winner last start and is always hard to beat in this company. SUN OF ANARCHY (5) just missed when 2nd to ITSGETTINGCALDER (7) and must be considered. SAMMY CHARLES (6) is always about the place and rarely misses a cheque.

Tips: 1 7 5 6

Suggested Bet: BALMORAL BOY (1) to win.

Race 8: BOOK INTO THE BEAU RIVAGE AT GLOUCESTER PARK THE CLARKE QUALIFYING HEAT 2 MS PACE

RED OCTOBER (3) has won five on end and cruised in when leading throughout as a $1.20 favourite last week. He will find this more of a challenge but is still the one to beat. HEEZ MANLY (1) was a 6m 3rd to RED OCTOBER (3) last start but is better drawn here and can turn the tables. EL JACKO (6) has enormous ability and will be hard to hold out if anywhere near his top at his first run back from a break. COURAGE TO LIVE (4) has won three of his last four but goes up a long way in class.

Tips: 3 1 6 4

Suggested Bet: RED OCTOBER (3) to win.

Race 9: RETRAVISION MS PACE

FUTURIST (7) was only fair at his first run in WA but impressed when 3rd to Vultan Tin in a better field at Bunbury. He looks to be a strong type and can overcome the wide draw. BRAVO TEX (8) has been brave at his past two when finishing 2nd after facing the breeze and will make his presence felt. REMARKABLE (1) had mixed form in the country last campaign but could be a big improver from the pole. EL COMACHO (3) has been racing fairly in stronger company and will appreciate the drop in class.

Tips: 7 8 1 3

Suggested Bet: FUTURIST (7) each way.

Race 10: HAPPY EASTER FROM GLOUCESTER PARK WESTBRED MS PACE

AUCTIONEERS ELSU (1) ran a great 2nd from a wide draw two starts back and looks a player from the pole. She couldn’t get into the race when the winner went 1.53.8 last week but this looks more suitable. CARTE BLANCHE (3) has disappointed at his last two but has the ability to bounce back. KHUN RATHA (7) is racing consistently and should be finishing strongly. REAL ZEAL (6) hasn’t been far away of late and will win a race of this nature when he gets the right trip.

Tips: 1 3 7 6

Suggested Bet: AUCTIONEERS ELSU (1) to win.
