Trent’s Gloucester Park Preview Posted on October 26, 2017October 26, 2017 | Posted by Trent Cooper Trent Cooper’s Preview Race 1: TABTOUCH MS PACE OUR ZAK WHITBY (2) has won two of his last three, including a comfortable all the way win at Pinjarra on Monday when he sprinted home in 55.1 after setting a slow pace. He looks the leader here and will be very hard to catch. CHAR DO NEIGH (6) was held up when 2nd to FIFTH EDITION (8) before doing too much work on Monday and should be thereabouts. FIFTH EDITION (8) is the other class runner in the race but is better suited near the pegs. BLISSNTHEBLACK (1) looks a place chance from the pole. Tips: 2 6 8 1 Suggested Bet: OUR ZAK WHITBY (2) to win. Race 2: 2017 TABTOUCH INTER DOMINION STARTS NOV 24 MS PACE MACH TIME (2) has been racing consistently from awkward draws and gets his chance tonight. He led throughout and beat EL HOMBRE (7) in August and will be trying to replicate that performance from this barrier. EL HOMBRE (7) is flying and has shown that he can overcome wide draws. RYCROFT (4) was an impressive winner when finding the top last start but probably won’t be able to lead tonight. CONDRIEU (8) is the class runner of the field and caught the eye last start but is drawn wide here. Tips: 2 7 4 8 Suggested Bet: MACH TIME (2) to win. Race 3: BOOK YOUR HOSPITALITY FOR THE 2017 TABTOUCH INTER DOMINION NOW MARES MS PACE DONEGAL RUNDLESCREEK (3) was an impressive winner after facing the breeze in 1.56.5 last start. She probably doesn’t have the class of her three main rivals but is drawn inside them and can give a sight. DODOLICIOUS (5) was a brave 2nd to her stablemate last week and can turn the tables. MAJOR REALITY (7) has won 20 of her 35 starts and resumed with a fast finishing 3rd against the boys and is suited by the small field. TRICKY STYX (8) will appreciate the drop in class tonight and is proven in this company. Tips: 3 5 7 8 Suggested Bet: DONEGAL RUNDLESCREEK (3) each way. SuperPick - Race 3 no. 3 DONEGAL RUNDLESCREEK - Money Back Race 4: RUBIX PLUMBING MS PACE ITZ BETTOR TO WIN (8) was outmuscled by Soho Tribecca when 4th to that pacer at his first start in the state before breezing when 4th to Rycroft last start. This looks easier and he can open his WA account despite the draw. COURAGE TELLS (3) has been battling bad draws and stronger company and will appreciate a change in both tonight. TANAKA EAGLE (9) is flying and would prove hard to catch if he can cross at the start. LAGOON STRIDE (7) is the best of the rest. Tips: 8 3 9 7 Suggested Bet: ITZ BETTOR TO WIN (8) to win. Race 5: MANTA TILING WESTBRED FINAL MS PACE THEREUGO (5) has won 6 of his last 7, mostly by leading. He should have little trouble finding the front and should prove very hard to catch. BETTOR REWARD (7) is the class runner of the field who disappointed at his first run back from a spell but should be fitter and is too good to overlook. BETTOR NOT BITTER (3) was a strong last start winner and shouldn’t be far away from this draw. ABRAXAS BLUES (11) is flying and will be charging home again. Tips: 5 7 3 11 Suggested Bet: THEREUGO (5) to win. Race 6: HAPPY WEDDING ANNIVERSARY BILL & NORMA HORN MS PACE OHOKA PUNTER (12) led at his first run back from a spell and was in front at the top of the straight but knocked up to finish 4th to Chicago Bull in track record time. He will bbe fitter for that run and this is a drop in class. SIMPLY SUSATIONAL (7) has been impressive in winning his last two and must be considered again. MOTU PREMIER (9) has won 10 of his last 12 and was a strong winner first up but has a tough draw to overcome. RUN ONEOVER (6) wasn’t far away in the Chicago Bull race and can improve here. Tips: 12 7 9 6 Suggested Bet: OHOKA PUNTER (12) to win. Race 7: THE PREUX CHEVALIER FINAL THE SPINSTER (3) ran an improved race when 2nd to She Could Be Good before bouncing back to her best with a 1.55.5 win last start. She is a good chance to find the top and will give them something to chase. BETTOR BOA (7) bounced to her best form with a stunning victory last and would be a huge hope if she can reproduce that run. SARAH GOODY (10) led and was run down by BETTOR BOA (7) last week but will be fitter for that effort. TAJIE BABY (1) is a place chance from the pole. Tips: 3 7 10 1 Suggested Bet: THE SPINSTER (3) to win. Race 8: WWW.PERTHINTERDOMINION.COM.AU TROTTERS MOBILE BLUE SKY COMMANDER (6) was a good winner over ITSGETTINGCALDER (8) before finishing 2nd to that trotter twice after giving away a start at the handicaps. He returns to an even playing field here and can turn the tables. LORD LIAM (7) was 4th in one of those races at his last start and will appreciate a return to mobile conditions. ITSGETTINGCALDER (8) has won his last three and must be considered but this will be harder. REMINDER CALL (1) doesn’t have the class of the other three but is trotting well and has the pole. Tips: 6 7 8 1 Suggested Bet: BLUE SKY COMMANDER (6) to win. RACE 9: WWW.GLOUCESTERPARK.COM.AU MS PACE IM ROCKARIA (8) has won two of his three starts back from a spell and had excuses when beaten a long way in the other. He rated 1.53.6 in his latest win and is clearly the one to beat. JUST BET ON BLACK (1) disappointed at his first run back from a spell when leading and finishing 6th to Walkinshaw but would be a big chance on his best form. WEBB ELLIS (4) has run some reasonable races recently and is now with Clint Hall. KID COLOSSUS (7) goes up a long way in class on his last start win but is the next best. Tips: 8 1 4 7 SUGGESTED BET: IM ROCKARIA (8) to win. RACE 10: $7 PINTS IN JPS SPORTS BAR EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT MS PACE BEBRAVE (7) found the front but knocked up late at his first start for seven weeks. He should be fitter for that run and this field is not strong. AURELIUS (2) finished near the rear at his first start back from a spell but can improve in this class. JUS LIVINTHEDREAM (4) has finished near the rear at his last seven starts but will appreciate the weaker company. NORTHERN EMPEROR (10) has been unplaced at his six starts this campaign but is better suited tonight. Tips: 7 2 4 10 SUGGESTED BET: BEBRAVE (7) to win. Bet Now
