Trent’s Gloucester Park Preview Posted on November 2, 2017November 2, 2017 | Posted by Trent Cooper Trent Cooper’s Preview Race 1: TABTOUCH MS PACE EL MACHINE (1) hasn’t won for over 20 months but gets his chance tonight. His recent form is sound and has options from the pole draw. YOUR EXCUSED (7) is racing well and has the best form in the race but has a wide draw to overcome. ROCKNROLL WHITBY (2) hasn’t had much luck at his last three starts and should be an improver from this nice draw. THE STORM CHIEF (3) isn’t at his top but is always a chance with the right run. Tips: 1 7 2 3 Suggested Bet: EL MACHINE (1) to win. Race 2: DIRECT TRADES SUPPLY MS PACE JOHNNY DISCO (1) won consecutive races in August but has battled awkward barriers at his four subsequent starts. He is drawn perfectly and should give a great sight. EL HOMBRE (9) has proven that he can overcome wide draws in this company and should be in the finish again. OUR ZAK WHITBY (8) has won three of his last four in great style but steps up in class and is drawn wide. CHAR DO NEIGH (10) should enjoy a nice run on the pegs and looks a good place chance. Tips: 1 9 8 10 Suggested Bet: JOHNNY DISCO (1) to win. SuperPick - Race 2 No. 1 JOHNNY DISCO - Money Back Race 3: WESTRAL MS PACE ABRAXAS BLUES (1) has only missed a place once in his last ten starts and is drawn perfectly here. He is better known as a sit sprint pacer but has options from the draw. COSTA DEL MAGNIFICO (2) was an impressive winner at his WA debut in a standing start event after facing the breeze and would be hard to run down if he could find the front. SOHO CHELSEA (6) couldn’t overcome the wide draw when 4th in 1.54.7 last start but should be thereabouts. TANAKA EAGLE (3) led throughout to win that event and could lead again. Tips: 1 2 6 3 Suggested Bet: ABRAXAS BLUES (1) to win. Race 4: RETRAVISION CONDITIONED HANDICAP SS PACE AMERICANBOOTSCOOTA (8) has been taking on the state’s best pacers, including a huge 2nd to Chicago bull two starts back. He has won from the stand recently and is the one to beat in a cracking field. HEEZ ON FIRE (11) won a similar event two starts back before being unsuited by the tempo at his next run and has to be considered. CUT FOR AN ACE (10) is absolutely flying and could be the value runner. RUB OF THE GREEN (7) is first up from a short break but is a proven standing start performer. Tips: 8 11 10 7 Suggested Bet: AMERICANBOOTSCOOTA (8) to win. Race 5: INTERNATIONAL ANIMAL HEALTH PRODUCTS THE KERSLEY QUALIFYING HEAT 1 MS PACE TAS MAN BROMAC (4) has his first start in Australia without a trial but has won 10 of his 31 NZ starts and should prove extremely hard to beat. EXTREME PRINCE (1) impressed when defeating a moderate field last start and has the draw to offset the rise in class. BLINDING LIGHT (5) is always thereabouts and should be in the finish at his first start for five weeks. ADDFUELTOFIRE (10) led all the way at his first run back from a spell and is drawn to get a perfect run tonight. Tips: 4 1 5 10 Suggested Bet: TAS MAN BROMAC (4) to win. Race 6: PERTH PLASTERBOARD CENTRE MS PACE NATURAL DISASTER (9) won four of his five starts last campaign and is extremely promising. He resumes here without a trial but will give a big sight if anywhere near his top. ITZ BETTOR TO WIN (8) was a strong winner in weaker company last start and can be driven aggressively in this field. VULTAN TIN (7) is the best drawn of the three main chances and will be hard to catch if he can work his way to the top. KING LEBRON (4) has been disappointing this time in but could improve if he finds the front. Tips: 9 8 7 4 Suggested Bet: NATURAL DISASTER (9) to win. Race 7: JAMES BRENNAN MEMORIAL MS PACE CHICAGO BULL (2) took all before him last campaign and has come back in top order, including a track record 1.51.6 win last start and looks the leader and winner from this draw. SOHO TRIBECCA (8) is now rivalling CHICAGO BULL (2) as the state’s best pacer but will find it hard to beat his adversary from this draw. SHANDALE (5) beat the two fancied runners two starts back before running a nice 3rd to them last start and shouldn’t be far away again. MOTU PREMIER (6) was a strong 2nd last week and is the next best. Tips: 2 8 5 6 Suggested Bet: CHICAGO BULL (2) to win. Race 8: GANNON`S HARNESS COLOURS MS PACE EDEN FRANCO (8) has created a big impression in winning her four Australian starts including a victory over Runrunjimmydunn and should be able to overcome the wide draw here. SEA ME SMILE (5) has been placed at five of her last six starts and should be thereabouts again. BETTOR BLING (6) ran on strongly to finish 3rd to Sarah Goody last stat and can be in the money again. EXTREME TIMES (1) looks a place chance from the pole. Tips: 8 5 6 1 Suggested Bet: EDEN FRANCO (8) to win. Race 9: PRINCI BUTCHERS MS PACE ARTURUS (8) led throughout to win in 1.56.8 at Pinjarra before facing the breeze and battling on well to finish a distant 2nd to The Pima Indian. This is not a strong field and he can overcome the wide draw. OUR JACCKA MARA (1) ran a nice 2nd to Runrunjimmydunn on Monday and must be considered from this draw but does have a losing sequence of 24. GANGBUSTER (3) is racing well below his best but has the most ability if right. LOT TWENTY ONE (4) has been racing consistently and possesses good gate speed. Tips: 8 1 3 4 Suggested Bet: ARTURUS (8) to win. Race 10: CLIPSAL BY SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC MS PACE PRINCE OF WHITBY (1) has been racing consistently on the country circuit and won’t find an easier race to break his maiden tag. HIGHVIEW SADLER (3) has been racing fairly in stronger company and is nicely drawn for this assignment. FRANCO JOAQUIN (5) doesn’t win out of turn but is never far away and is up to this class. READY FOR TAKEOFF (2) is nicely drawn and looks at least a place chance in this moderate field. Tips: 1 3 5 2 Suggested Bet: PRINCE OF WHITBY (1) to win. Bet Now
