Scott’s Wednesday Bunbury Preview Posted on February 27, 2018February 27, 2018 | Posted by Scott Embry Scott Embry’s Preview Race 1 MAGICAL CHARM is a long way from one of Bob Peter’s A-Graders, however, if she doesn’t win this race she probably goes up for sale. SMOKE ‘N’ MIRRORS needs to lead to win by the looks of recent starts. COOL WITNESS was disappointing last start after working early. THE DIVINE WIND is building. Numbers: 8 – 1 – 2 – 3 Suggested Bet – MAGICAL CHARM WIN Race 2 FROSTY BEVERAGE comes from one of the strongest midweek form lines of recent times. Was excellent first-up. PEARLS AND PRAWNS trialed like a bomb, looks a big strong type. REBOW must have a fair few issues behind the scenes but has ability. ROSE’S SHADOW has been handy enough at the trials. Numbers: 4 – 13 – 1 – 6 Suggested Bet – FROSTY BEVERAGE WIN Race 3 FRIARS GIFT was caught off the track in a strongly run race last start. Step up in trip should suit. REBELLIONAIRE is the most progressive horse in the race and was an eye catcher first-up. OUR BUDDY BOY can give a sight if he finds the front. IN THIS LIFE is hard to catch and often sucks punters in. Numbers: 2 – 6 – 3 – 4 Suggested Bet – FRIARS GIFT EACHWAY Race 4 RACY AVA ran some handy races in her first preparation and looks a nice middle distance type in the making. ZACKARIAH BEAU caught the eye fresh and had no luck his entire debut preparation. STREAK AWAY has no numerical form but ran a couple of nice races when last in work. TEACHER’S PET has had her fair share of chances but ticks a lot of boxes. Numbers: 11 – 1 – 8 – 10 Suggested Bet – RACY AVA EACHWAY Race 5 MOSCHARD comes from a very strong 3 year old midweek race and was arguably the best run in that race. This is his most winnable assignment to date. MEGADON hit the front a bit early in a race which will also produce a few winners. COUNTESS KINSKY could sneak in under the radar here and was far from disgraced fresh. COULD BE QUEEN did it tough at her most recent. Numbers: 5 – 6 – 13 – 8 Suggested Bet – MOSCHARD WIN Race 6 THE REAL ZEEL was an impressive debut winner and should go close again. WATCH ME NEY NEY destroyed rivals over a mile and looks like one who can roll forwards into a nice position. MEDIA BARON was not suited at his most recent, forgive that effort. YOU AM I is a query at the trip but should be there abouts. Numbers: 5 – 6 – 4 – 7 Suggested Bet – THE REAL ZEEL WIN Race 7 TRIPELETTO improved sharply with race experience and held off a horse with above average ability. WATTO’S FURY has great form alongside top class 3 year olds. VERMONT LADY won well for her new stable and can string a couple together. NOIR DE RUE may find the trip a bit sharp but worth following. Numbers: 2 – 3 – 5 – 4 Suggested Bet – TRIPELETTO WIN Race 8 BARRY’S RABBIT is near on impossible to catch but should end up in a world perfect position here and with the right run can win. FOUR LETTER WERD is tackling this sort of trip for the first time but Noske adds lengths to him. GAMBLED is probably going a bit better than reads on paper. MASSAGI should keep improving into the preparation. Numbers: 1 – 3 – 8 – 9 Suggested Bet – BARRY’S RABBIT EACHWAY Race 9 PLAYS THE GAME has been building towards a race like this all preparation and the form behind Scooner has already proven extremely strong. TRIPLE EXPRESS was brilliant fresh and then a huge run at his most recent. CASSOWARY STREET is going fairly well and sneaks under the radar. MISSISSIPPI DELTA steps up sharply in trip but looks a nice staying type in the making. Numbers: 2 – 13 – 8 – 6 Suggested Bet – PLAYS THE GAME WIN SuperPick - Race 9 No. 2 PLAYS THE GAME - Win Boost Quaddie (Races 6 – 9) 4,5,6,7 2,3,4,5 1,3,4,8,9,10 2,6,8,13 [button class=”bet-now” style=”btn-default btn-lg” type=”link” target=”false” title=”Bet Now” link=”https://www.tabtouch.com.au/racing/2018-02-28/cr” linkrel=””]
