Scott’s Sunday Bunbury Preview Posted on February 16, 2018 | Posted by Scott Embry Scott Embry’s Preview Race 1 DEEP COVER is drawn perfectly to lead or box seat and should be going close. PRINCESS ZELDA has strong form lines and won well in a moderate metro maiden. Should be pace on here and she’ll charge late. MISS SLATER is a speed machine, expect they’ll let her run. SCANDAL LASS gets back and runs home. Numbers: 1 – 2 – 4 – 5 Suggested Bet –DEEP COVER WIN Race 2 KREUZER hit the line well first-up and can position closer from the gate. MAGIC OPUS was run off her feet first-up at Narrogin. She will break a maiden soon. RED MOON almost stole the show with the rail out in midweek grade. FLYING TRIX has trialed up well for her debut. Numbers: 3 – 5 – 1 – 8 Suggested Bet – KREUZER EACHWAY Race 3 DEMTIMES was very impressive fresh behind two talented opponents and drawn perfectly in gate 1 this looks his race. SWEET DREAMIN’ has gone well at both outings to date. MUMSTHEONE returned well from a break. WESTERN MAGIC is probably looking for further but worth including. Numbers: 3 – 1 – 2 – 9 Suggested Bet – DEMTIMES WIN SuperPick - Race 3 No. 3 DEMTIMES - Win Boost Race 4 PRYING TOM looks suited back in trip and is drawn to get the perfect run. NELSON’S FLIGHT was a shade disappointing last start but he improves with racing. COULEUR BIZARRE is going below his best but this is his easiest assignment in months. BEG TO DIFFER will appreciate every inch of the trip. Numbers: 3 – 5 – 1 – 2 Suggested Bet – PRYING TOM WIN Race 5 LUC’S STAR has no numerical form but is going better than it reads on paper and gets another chance in a weak maiden. BLACK ATTACK is a likely short priced favorite who is back in trip and grade. THE DIVINE WIND could give cheek if he found the front. VITAL BOOM is a perennial place getter with another chance to break through. Numbers: 2 – 13 – 4 – 1 Suggested Bet – LUC’S STAR EACHWAY Race 6 MAHUIKA was very well supported for her debut before racing erratically and greenly just before the home straight. Keep an eye on her. KATUSHA went mighty close to winning on debut and this is no harder. BLACKWOOD FLYER is a query at the trip but going well. VIZCAYA was luckless on debut albeit still beaten 6 lengths in a weak race. Numbers: 11 – 10 – 6 – 8 Suggested Bet – MAHUIKA EACHWAY Race 7 GLEN ALBYN doesn’t win out of turn but has been running nice races in arguably stronger form races than this. FLOWER OF SCOTLAND is her own worst enemy. If she settles in the run will be very hard to beat. IT’S NOT TRADING led them a merry dance at Albany and will lead and roll here. SIXPENCE SPENT was strong late in a leader dominated affair last time out. Numbers: 9 – 3 – 5 – 1 Suggested Bet – GLEN ALBYN EACHWAY Race 8 FRATERNIZE has always promised a fair bit and might just be starting to put it all together. This is no tougher than his previous assignment. DIA DE LA RAZA is back sharply in grade and should be ready. BERKSHIRE is hard to catch but does have some X-factor about him when right. ON THE TURPS gets back and runs on. Numbers: 1 – 2 – 4 – 6 Suggested Bet – FRATERNIZE WIN Quaddie (Races 5 – 8) 1,2,4,7,13 4,6,7,8,10,11 1,2,3,4,5,6,9 1,2 Bet Now
