Race 1

BENTLEY’S BROTHER was impressive at all three runs earlier in the season and should go close. DEHEUNE showed glimpses last preparation. LUKE’S LOGIC continues to go round short but is only a horse. JESTER DINI next best.

Race 2

IBIZA has electric speed when they release the hand brake and a noted front running rider is engaged. FOOTINGS is probably looking for further but can steam home. COOPBELLA was woeful first-up but trialed better than that. HORAAN next best if he gets a start.

Race 3

VITAL BOOM has always looked like an Autier horse and with him going on she goes on top on speculation. NUN OF THAT is going well enough to win a race like this. THAT’S THE GIO was crunched last start and is improving into the preparation. FRIARANDICE will find this easier than recent assignments.

Race 4

RED NOIRE was eye catching when held up two starts ago and now drawn perfectly for a new stable can figure. NAZARETH has above average ability when right and resumes for a new stable. PARISIENNE LADY is honest and consistent. FRANKLY SCARLETT next.

Race 5

SECRET MINX gives travelling 4kg claimer Brandon Louis a wonderful opportunity to win a nice race. HAPPY HARRY is going from strength to strength and looks hard to beat again. HOSTWIN PEGASUS is always there abouts. BLIZZARD EXPRESS next best.

Race 6

MONGOLIAN WARLORD is very adaptable and has shown he is a weight carrier. MESSIAH was a booming winner last start and can go on with it now. ANNA AMALIA gets a nice run over the speed. UPTOWN FUNK is well below her best.

Race 7

CONFUSING on his day is a fairly good staying type. Should get the right run. TONED is going well and looks a nice riding engagement. GET ROUND IT needs to improve but can lead this field. GUAGED next best from the back.

Race 8

NOT AGAIN KEN was nearly a good thing beaten in the Bunbury Cup prelude race over their carnival period. He races extremely well off 7 days. SCOONER has done nothing wrong this preparation. PUSH TO PASS can run a big race here from the gate and down in weight. PRENTICE next best.

Race 9

DOUBLE DIGIT has had no luck all preparation at Ascot where he typically races below his best. LORD KRONOS is always there abouts in races of this class. PRIX D’EXCELLENCE was very impressive in Saturday metro grade last weekend. GAMBLED will pick up a WA race soon.
