Race 1

DROP THE ACE (4) has good early speed and can burn to the top, the short course suits and they may give the maiden her chance to lead and try and win. WAKE UP GEOFF (10) comes in fresh; it’s never an easy draw to overcome but has depth, go well. WHEELSOFORTUNE (5) had excuses first up but was against a cracking field, expect a sharp improvement. THE SLIPPERY DIP (3), LAST KING OF CAPEL (6) and IKES GOT THE MIKE (7) come in with novelty claims.

Suggested Bet: DROP THE ACE (4) each way.

Race 2

SHES A TINY DANCER (6) comes off the back of a well-deserved metro win and she has the depth to overcome the draw here, looks hard to beat. ROAD STAR (10) has elevated in the recent runs and should be prominent into the money again. YOUR GRACE (7) will be getting home, better suited this grade but needs some luck. LOCAL RESIDENT (2) is a place chance along with stablemate HUGHEY (5). ZLATO (8) and MAJOR CLASS (9) novelty hopes with the fitter for the first up run.

Suggested Bet: SHES A TINY DANCER (6) to win.

Race 3

HEAVENLY BLISS (1) is racing well and has the speed to lead, can hold them off and is holding good consistency, go close. EILEENMAY (7) disappointing last run but has the lovely draw and can be placed. ISAIDBOO (4) needs to find a position but will be running on. HIGHLY FLAMMABLE (9) has turned the corner, will be running on also. THIS TIME JACKO (5) and TRITTRITTBANGBANG (6) both have awkward draws, place chances. DEKLA DIVA (10) was sound on return but draw hurts.

Tips: 1 7 9 4

Suggested Bet: EILEENMAY (7) to place.

Race 4

LIQUIDATOR (1) has the draw and the speed to lead and should run a very good race out in front, fitter for the first up performance. FOLLOW THE MUSIC (7) better suited from the draw and there could be pressure to suit his chances. MISS STEFANI (4) is very capable and has a run under the belt to lift fitness, can do work in her races. DISPATCHER (2) is racing well, but this is a lot harder. VINTAGE BLU (8) caught the eye first up, will hit the line well. YOU FLY WITH ME (5) and KEPTAIN COURAGEOUS (6) are both run on types and the draws don’t help their chances. PECUNIOUS (9) needs to lift.

Suggested Bet: LIQUIDATOR (1) to win.

Race 5

TANTABIDDI (3) has the speed to cross and although beaten last time out, will expect him to bounce back and give them something to chase. CEE DEE THREE (9) had no luck first up but still hit the line well and think he’s capable of a strong performance. CORDERO (1) is suited this grade but lacking a little bit of zest. JOEY JAMES (7) is racing well and just needs a touch of luck but will be running home well. LENORA JANE (2) is a place chance if she can find the right spot, she is going well. MY SILVER SPOON (4) is capable but needs some luck.

Tips: 9 3 1 7

Suggested Bet: CEE DEE THREE (9) each way.

Race 6

BEATITLIKEBECA (4) is a nice type on return and has the draw advantage to pounce on the lead and looks very hard to beat. BETTOR FORTUNE (6) creates interest and the trial was sound, keep safe and watch the market. MAJOR DISCO (10) is racing well and is very consistent, will be getting home strongly. LUZIA (7) is a solid place chance from the draw following out HOT ROD (1) has improved but this is harder. INTO THE FUTURE (9) will be running on strongly from back in the field. OFFICIAL ROCK (8) has gone off a touch recently.

Tips: 4 6 10 7

Suggested Bet. BEATITLIKEBECA (4) to win.

Race 7

ELIZABETH AITCH (10) has above average ability but has got a few tricks to boot, just needs to do everything right and will be very strong to the line. ALTA KING (4) has been rather luckless this time in and this grade suits, expecting him to go well. SPEED FORCE (1) can be a place chance; middle distance will see him out though. DUSTYROADS (2) is ready to win but early speed is concerning as to where he settles. DAWSON SHARD (3) novelty chance with ASHANTI PRINCESS (7) who needs some luck.

Suggested Bet. ELIZABETH AITCH (10) to win.

Race 8

PACIFIC EAGLE (1) has the good draw and although not known for his brilliant gate speed he bumps into a moderate front line and think he can do enough and from there will be very hard to get by. JACK MANNIX (5) is racing consistently and will be there in the money again, go well. CIAO BABE (7) beautifully drawn, will be prominent and could be dangerous late. ELEPHANT ROCK (8) has gone well in his recent runs, novelty chance. GO HOME JO (9) will be fitter and running on well. SANFORD BART (6) needs luck from the draw but was better in his most recent run.

Tips: 1 7 5 9

Suggested Bet. PACIFIC EAGLE (1) to win.
