The Scout: EPL Week 34 Posted on April 22, 2022April 22, 2022 | Posted by The Scout Arsenal vs Manchester United Arsenal (5th) broke their three-game losing streak with a fantastic 4-2 midweek win over Chelsea while Manchester United (6th) were embarrassed by Liverpool, going down 4-0 and looking completely dejected. Scoring goals was a concern for Arsenal heading prior to their win over Chelsea, but this was put to rest thanks largely to young striker Eddie Nketiah who scored a brace. Emile Smith Rowe was also instrumental in the Gunners revitalised attack. Manchester United were abysmal against Liverpool and there are danger signs for the rest of the season. I think Arsenal get the better of them here in what looks the best bet of the round. Suggested Bet: Arsenal to Win @ $2.20* Brentford vs Tottenham Brentford (12th) continued their rich vein of form with a 2-1 away win over Watford while Tottenham (4th) had a very disappointing trip to Brighton, resulting in a 1-0 loss. Spurs are still in 4th, but only by goal differential, and with a red-hot Arsenal biting at their heels. Luckily for Antonio Conte, he is spoiled for choice for attacking options with the likes of Heung-Min Son, Harry Kane, and Lucas Moura. This is a must-win game for Tottenham if they wish to play Champions League football next season and although Brentford will not be a pushover, the Spurs should have too much world-class talent to fall at the last hurdle. Expect captain Harry Kane to step-up. Suggested Bet: Tottenham to Win @ $1.90* Manchester City vs Watford Manchester City (1st) are in a neck-and-neck title race with Liverpool (who are just one point behind) and a win against Watford (17th) is a non-negotiable. Pep Guardiola’s men have done no wrong in the Premier League in recent weeks, but simply cannot shake Liverpool who are also at the top of their game. Luckily for City, they are coming up against a Watford outfit that has lost three straight, an boast a roster brimming with the likes of Phil Foden, Riyad Mahrez, Raheem Sterling and Gabriel Jesus. There is simply no room for error for Manchester City and it is essential they start well and find early goals. Watford are battling relegation and should have no answers for a City team on a mission for back-to-back titles. Suggested Bet: Manchester City Over 3.5 goals @ $2.40* *Odds correct as at 4pm, 21st April 2022. Market Market
