Chris Nelson’s Randwick Best Bets Posted on October 23, 2020October 23, 2020 | Posted by Chris Nelson RACE 3 No.1 Destination James Cummings and Rachel King have been a lethal combination of late and they could well be in for another successful day tomorrow. Like the look of this consistent galloper who placed in Listed company last start behind Wild Ruler (won again Caulfield Cup Day). The margin was less than half a length and he clocked the quickest 600/400/200m splits of the entire day. Plenty of ticks! RACE 4 No.3 Archedemus Team Hawkes trained galloper who put in a big run first up down south. Racing up on a strong speed he was the only one of the front runners still there at the end of the race which was won by the smart WA galloper Windstorm. Fitter this time around staying at the same trip he’ll race up on the speed once again and prove tough to get past. RACE 9 No.11 Icebath Very consistent mare who drops back from the Silver Eagle last start to a Benchmark 78 Handicap tomorrow. She’s been very competitive at that level before stepping up last start and with Tom Sherry’s claim gets in quite light with only 54.5kg on her back. She also goes to the mile which based on her recent runs at this grade appears very suitable. Quaddie 1, 2, 3, 8, 9 2, 4, 8 1, 5, 6, 12 11, 13 Market Market
