Trent Cooper’s Gloucester Park Preview Posted on May 17, 2018June 14, 2018 | Posted by Trent Cooper Trent Cooper’s Preview Race 1: ALLTOOLS – WA’S BEST RANGE OF TOOLS MARES MS PACE MY PLATINUM BELLE (5) was a good all the way winner three starts back and hasn’t had much luck since. This is a drop in class and she is drawn quite well. BETTER B CHEVRON (12) is another who will appreciate the weaker opposition but the back line doesn’t suit. SHE COULD BE GOOD (1) was a solid 3rd to Danieljohn last start and should be thereabouts from the pole. SEA ME SMILE (2) is racing fairly and should settle close to the lead. Tips: 5 12 1 2 Suggested Bet: MY PLATINUM BELLE (5) to win. Race 2: ALLTOOLS – THE NAME SAYS IT ALL MS PACE DANA DUKE (2) led and was beaten as a $1.70 favourite last week but they went 1.52.8 in that event and he won’t need to go anywhere near as quick as that to beat this field. COURAGE TELLS (11) ran 2nd to Bettors Fire last month and will appreciate a massive drop in class from his recent assignments. RESPONDER (10) is drawn for a soft run on the pegs and can be in the money with clear running. SHES ARTFUL (1) should settle behind the leader and looks a good place chance. Tips: 2 11 10 1 Suggested Bet: DANA DUKE (2) to win. Race 3: ALLTOOLS ONLINE STORE MS PACE MACZAFFAIR (2) ran a slick time and just held on to win the Breeders Stakes last week. This is her biggest test by far but she looks a good chance to find the top and will give them something to catch. BETTORS FIRE (7) has won two of his last three in similar fields and can overcome the wide draw. SHANDALE (4) has ran two nice placings at his first runs since the Inters Final and will be fitter again. THE BUCKET LIST (6) flashed home to dead-heat for 2nd with SHANDALE (4) last week and will be storming home again. Tips: 2 7 4 6 Suggested Bet: MACZAFFAIR (2) to win. Race 4: ALLTOOLS.COM.AU MS PACE EAGLE ROX (3) resumed from a 30 month injury enforced layoff with a victory in solid time at this track. She was then held up but flashed home late to finish less than 6m from Maczaffair last week. This looks easier and she should prove hard to beat. HOT FRATERNITY (11) has been placed at nine of his past 11 starts and can overcome the back line to be in the money again. Stablemates IM MASTER CHARLIE (2) and KASEY JOHN (1) are both winning chances and one of them should find the front. Tips: 3 11 2 1 Suggested Bet: EAGLE ROX (3) to win. Race 5: ALLTOOLS 3YO DIAMOND CLASSIC MS PACE LADY DE LA RENTA (4) has performed well against the boys but couldn’t get into the race when finishing down the track in the WA Oaks. She is drawn inside her main rival tonight and looks hard to beat. OUR MAJOR MAMA (6) has battled bad barriers but was well driven when an upset winner of the Oaks and is the logical danger. CAPTURED DELIGHT (10) is drawn to get a soft run on the pegs and can be in the money. ORPHAN REACTOR (1) doesn’t have the strength to lead and be in the finish but could sit on one of the fancies here. Tips: 4 6 10 1 Suggested Bet: LADY DE LA RENTA (4) to win. Race 6: MILWAUKEE 18V FUEL HEAVY DUTY MS PACE RISK (9) returned to something like his best when facing the breeze and scoring a strong winner over this distance. He then couldn’t get into the race over the sprint trip at his last start and appeals as the one to beat here despite his wide draw. MIGHTY FLYING THOMAS (7) loves the staying trip and will be finishing strongly. OHOKA DARCY (6) didn’t have any luck last week and can be in the money tonight. BILLY MACK (5) was placed last week and is another who will be suited by the longer journey. Tips: 9 7 6 5 Suggested Bet: RISK (9) to win. Race 7: MILWAUKEE 18VOLT ONE KEY TOOLS THE PURE STEEL QUALIFYING HEAT 3 MS PACE MISTA SHARK (3) won eight of his nine starts last campaign, including a strong win in a star-studded San Simeon final. He resumes here without a trial but his stable has reported that he has come back better so he must be the one to beat. MISTER VERSACE (1) is back to his best form and must be considered from the pole. TOUCH OF SUCCESS (6) is racing well and would be good chance if he could find the front. SOHO LEVIATHAN (5) has won three of his last five in easier company but has great gate speed and can be in the money. Tips: 3 1 6 5 Suggested Bet: MISTA SHARK (3) to win. Race 8: ALLTOOLS GIVT VOUCHER CONDITIONED HANDICAP SS PACE LORD WILLOUGHBY (1) was placed for the 18th consecutive time when facing the breeze and beating Luis Alberto last start. He has raced well from the stands and has a handicap advantage over his main rivals. IM ROCKARIA (5) has plenty of ability and resumes here with the benefit of a smart Pinjarra trial win over Ideal Tyson. TOMMY BE GOOD (9) has performed well in fast class mobile events at his past two starts and will enjoy a return to the stand. IMPORTER EXPORTER (8) is racing consistently in similar events. Tips: 1 5 9 8 Suggested Bet: LORD WILLOUGHBY (1) to win. Race 9: ALLTOOLS SIDCHROME SPECIALS MS PACE TISADREAM (3) has led throughout at his two runs since resuming from a spell. He is drawn to lead again and is clearly the one to beat. BACK TO THE BEACH (4) will strip fitter for his first up effort and is better drawn tonight. COURAGE TO LIVE (12) is the other class runner of the field but has to overcome a back line draw. DOMINATE THE DOJO (7) has been placed at two of his three WA runs and can be in the finish again. Tips: 3 4 12 7 Suggested Bet: TISADREAM (3) to win. Race 10: ALLTOOLS MS PACE BRAVO TEX (12) returned to his best form when a strong 2nd to Touch Of Success in good time here last week and a repeat performance would make him hard to beat. ARDENS CONCORD (8) has been placed at his four WA starts and will break through soon. GOOD TIMES AHEAD (6) has been performing well on country tracks without winning and could represent value tonight. EASTWOOD FACTOR (1) can be placed from her perfect draw. Tips: 12 8 6 1 Suggested Bet: BRAVO TEX (12) to win. SuperPick - Race 10 No. 12 Bravo Tex - Money Back Bet Now
