The wide draw won’t worry him if he produces a similar jump and he looks hard to beat again. Race 7 – No. 1 Smooth SuperPick (Win Boost) Talented chaser who has finished on the podium in 22 of 29 over this trip. Drawn his favourite rug and drops to this company for the first time since February. Has been luckless in the City in recent outings but gets his chance to turn it around tonight. Race 8 – No. 7 Decimal Ultra-consistent chaser who is having his first run in black but he can handle a wide draw, finishing in the top 3 in 10 of 11 from the boxes either side of him. A near all the way winner in his only run over this journey and he is expected to take plenty of beating again in this. Bet Now! Cannington Saturday 23rd September 2017 Race 2 – No. 6 Ramifications Has set the track alight with back to back all the way wins over 600 & 715m in recent weeks. Jumping from the green for the first time in 54 starts but he has a great record from surrounding draws and he looks far too good while racing in his current mood. Race 5 – No. 1 Mendoza Monelli SuperPick (Win Boost) Consistent without winning from either side of the draw in all of his last 3. He can be risky at box rise but he has drawn the red so he shouldn’t find a whole lot of trouble and if he sticks solid to the fence, he should find himself in a winnable position and prove too strong at the finish. Race 8 – No. 1 Brock On Hasn’t seen this rug since racing prominently throughout in FFA company back in December last year. He hasn’t had the best of luck in recent runs at varying tracks and is more than capable of making amends with his best jump in this line up.
