Race 1

TYSON FIGHT is yet to show much numerically but this race is as weak as he will meet. He has shown glimpses in the past and on speculation goes on top. SNOWY RIVER MEN is drawn to get a soft run. TOW ROPE is a query at the trip. HAPPY SANDAY next best.

Race 2

DARK PROSPECT backs up after a solid effort last start. This field is not as strong and he should go mighty close. LORENTINIO should find the front and run them along. OORAH was well supported at his most recent. ASPEN STAR is the unknown runner at his WA debut.

Race 3

EPIC GREY was charging home late last start. Up to the more suitable trip he will be incredibly hard to hold out. REBELLIONAIRE was very impressive on debut behind a smart type. ACONITE improves sharply off her debut effort. PARADISE SQUARE looks to have come back well.

Numbers: 1 – 3 – 9 – 6

Race 4

NIGHT BEAT is talented and this looks a very winnable assignment for him. Parks off them and charges home. PLAY FOR PLEASURE was a strong winner first up with no trial. DÉTENTE ran home over the top of Diablerie last preparation, a repeat of that he goes close. SIR SNUGALOT is drawn to lead.

Race 5

EQUITY FREE trialed like a bomb and was well supported at his WA debut. Blinkers on and down in weight, he could zip along and steal this. MENIN ROAD was not himself last preparation. SOVEREIGNTY LADY is yet to bring her trial form to the races. CONICAL PEAK improves sharply with Pike on.

Race 6

BELLA’S IDOL is very consistent and was well backed in Saturday grade. Drawn perfectly should be given every possible chance to win. WITNESS IN COURT wound up with a whirlwind last to first victory last start. BACK TO A WALK is closing in on another victory. SONNEN could give cheek if he found the front.

Race 7

TOMMI TOOCAN is hard to catch but back on top of the ground, up in distance and down in the weights, this is the kind of race he could bob up in. LET’S TWIST has a nice little turn of foot. Saved up from barrier one he looks hard to beat. KHAWAJA never got into the race last week. EMPYREUS is looking for this trip.
