Race 6 – No. 2  Abba Monelli

Speedy beginner who is a winner in 6 of just 11 starts so far. She has a rare inside draw and returns to the more suitable 405m tonight. Capable of running time and will take catching.

Race 8 – No. 5  Senator    SuperPick (Place Boost)

Hasn’t had much luck in the majority of his 6 starts so far. Drawn awkwardly on debut over the trip but looks in need of the extra distance and if things go his way in running, it’d be no surprise to see him playing a part in the finish at odds.

Race 9 – No. 3  Speed It Up

Returned to the track with a dominant 5 length all the way victory on debut over the trip last week. He’ll be fitter for the run and is not surrounded by the best of beginners so he is a good chance of leading again. Definitely worth keeping safe.
