Race 1

BRACKEN SKY (1) has been unplaced at his four runs this time in but is working his way into to form and gets the draw to show his best tonight. COURAGE TELLS (10) is capable on his night and draws to get a lovely run here. CARTER MICHEAL (2) has finished near the rear at his three starts back from a spell but was held up last week and should be ready for a return to form. MARQUISARD (6) has been racing consistently against stronger fields and must be considered.

Race 2

CYCLONE BANNER (1) led throughout here from the pole three starts back in quick time. He had the perfect sit when winning here again last week and looks the one to beat from the pole. GEE JAY KAY (4) raced in top 4YO company last time in and has warmed up for this campaign with a dominant 1.56.3 trial win and looks the obvious danger. HENWOOD BAY (10) ran a nice 3rd here in a weaker field and can be placed from this draw. OUR RHYTHM N BLUES (5) is a consistent type who broke through at his last start and can play a part.

Race 3

INFATUATION (2) led throughout to win his first two starts this time in before facing the breeze when unplaced at his last start. He looks the likely leader here and should prove hard to catch. MASTER PUBLISHER (9) won three on end before doing all of the work when a brave 2nd here last week. He has a tough draw to overcome but looks the main danger. DENNIS (1) has been unplaced at his past ten starts but can be placed from the pole. AFFLUENT BELL (10) is drawn to enjoy a soft run on the pegs and can be placed.

Race 4

ULTIMATE OFFER (10) has been impressive in winning three of his last four starts. He is drawn to get a soft run on the pegs and will be hard to hold out if he has any luck in the last lap. ROBBIE EASTON (8) was a dominant winner from the breeze after starting from a similar draw last week and will be right in the finish. GANGBUSTER (1) won two on end before being held up last start and should lead and give a great sight here. MR KIWI (3) put up a strong effort from the breeze when 4th here last week and is getting closer to a win.

Race 5

DOUBLE EXPRESSO (10) has had her colours lowered at her last four starts but is drawn to get a lot easier trip tonight and will be hard to hold out if she sees daylight. ALTA CINDERELLA (2) is undefeated in three career starts and has shown plenty so must be respected despite the rise in class. STAR FROMTHEPALACE (1) is a rung below the state’s top fillies but should give plenty of cheek from the pole. BLOCKJORG (11) defeated a similar field in the Diamond Classic recently and has a nice trailing draw.

Race 6

GARDYS LEGACY (11) won two on end and lost no admirers when chasing home the talented Magnificent Storm at his last start and looks the one to beat. LONGREACH BAY (2) is an improving type who led throughout here in slick time last week and must be considered again. POISEDTOPOUNCE (10) has won five in a row in stands and can be dangerous from this draw. ARISTOCRATIC STAR (12) wasn’t suited when a beaten favourite after breezing here last week but can improve with a better run in transit.

Race 7

BLETCHLEY PARK (8) has ran on strongly to be placed in stronger fields at his past two starts. He is drawn wide here but will be suited by a likely strong early tempo and should give a great sight. WHILE THEY PRAY (3) showed plenty in his last campaign and indicated he is ready for this assignment with an impressive recent Pinjarra trial win. JIMMY MACK (1) will strip fitter for his solid first-up 4th and must be considered from the pole. BETTOR BE OSCAR (7) won’t be able to lead throughout as he did here last week but can play a part.

Suggested Bet: BLETCHLEY PARK (8) to win.

Race 8

TYPHOON TIFF (1) attempted to lead throughout when nailed on the line by QUEEN SHENANDOAH (6) at her last start. She should lead again here and prove hard to catch. JUST ROCKON BYE (3) has battled bad draws in stronger company at her last two starts and will run a big race from this barrier. QUEEN SHENANDOAH (6) has impressed in winning her last two starts and looks the other main winning chance. PARISIAN PARTYGIRL (8) is racing out of her skin but isn’t suited by the wide draw.

Race 9

CHICAGO BULL (6) has won three of his last four starts against similar fields from wide draws. He doesn’t look likely to get an easy run but is still the one to beat. OUR JIMMY JOHNSTONE (2) is defying his age and looks set to lead for a long way. OCEAN RIDGE (3) has finished 2nd to the two favourites at his last two starts and can upset that pair if things go his way. TOMMY BE GOOD (1) is drawn to get a soft run and shouldn’t be far away.

Suggested Bet: CHICAGO BULL (6) to win.

Race 10

ARMA EINSTEIN (1) ran a solid 4th to the Carabao in a heat of the Pearl before working too hard in the final but will appreciate the drop in class and perfect draw tonight. ROBBIE ROCKET (4) is knocking on the door and has the turn of foot to win this if he gets the right trip. POWERPLAY (10) ran a nice 3rd in a stronger field before winning at his last start and looks a big chance from this draw. PADDITUDE (11) ran a nice 2nd in slick time at his debut and has a nice trailing draw.

Suggested Bet: ARMA EINSTEIN (1) to win.

Race 11

BLACK JACK BABY (2) has won five of her six career starts including an impressive win over Talk Up A Storm last start. She looks the leader here and should be winning. STAR OF THE BAY (1) is drawn to trail the favourite and should be placed. STAR FOR ME (3) is likely to sit three back on the pegs and looks a great place chance. FOLLOW MY STRIDE (4) has shown some ability and is the next best.
