Last start went back to second last in a race which was extremely well rated from the front by Paul Harvey and dominated on speed. She should position up closer from the draw. SPECIAL IMAGE is a month between runs but both of the recent efforts have been good. CANIMAN looks a live chance on recent runs. HARD TOO CEE can box on into a placing. Numbers: 6 – 7 – 5 – 2 Suggested Bet – BAFFLING WIN Race 2 WICKLOW PRINCESS, AMELIA BEDELIA and THE FULL QUID look like taking up ~95% of the market between the 3 of them on opening. WICKLOW PRINCESS loomed the winner but just peaked late over 1100 at Ascot. Better suited here over the 1000m. AMELIA BEDELIA is undefeated at trials over two preparations and looks speedy. THE FULL QUID is racing particularly well but draws awkwardly. MUST RUSH up the fence next best. Numbers: 9 – 10 – 3 – 11 Suggested Bet – WICKLOW PRINCESS WIN Race 3 RAPISARDA was a good thing beaten first-up. Held up from straightening untul it was too late. This race has a lot of speed and McNaught should be smoking the pipe in the box seat. Looks a perfect assignment to bounce straight back into the winner’s circle. CLASSY LASSY is a quick filly but drawn outside of Time to Trade and Nobel Time who both have early toe as well. TIME TO TRADE could be the forgotten horse in the market. MORGS FREEMAN has a turn of foot and joins a new metro stable. Numbers: 2 – 3 – 6 – 4 Suggested Bet – RAPISARDA WIN Race 4 VICTORY SHOT and TYCOON STORM carry the same colours and look to be the pair to beat. VICTORY SHOT landed a nice position in the run on debut but was left behind late by a fairly smart pair in Downforce and Jenja. From the gate Knuckey likely comes out running and she should improve for the outing. TYCOON STORM has put the writing on the wall at trials. WINE NIGHT finished off well behind Laverrod in a Belmont trial. SMILE FOR ME finds this easier than first-up. Numbers: 6 – 11 – 12 – 4 Suggested Bet – VICTORY SHOT WIN Race 5 SUN POWER gave a stack of cheek on debut and then was only nailed in the shadows after leading them up against the pattern at Ascot. He can bounce straight to the top here and take catching again. NOTORIOUS ONE is double nominated for Northam and Bunbury. He’ll be hard to beat whichever way he goes. PERI PERI PARA rattled home late on debut and now draws a gate. CALL AGAIN can run a race fresh. Numbers: 6 – 4 – 9 – 11 Suggested Bet – SUN POWER WIN Race 6 MY FAIR BALENTINE jumps off the page having run a nice race in the Champion Fillies at G3 level behind Tuscan Queen and Kay Cee. Tuscan Queen goes to the G1 Kingston Town as favourite and Kay Cee ran 2nd in the Guineas. BARAMAGIC looks the big danger on paper. First-up run was super and then the 60+ run was just as good. ACERMETRIC is a class dropper and a nice pick-up ride for Harry Grace. SNITITUDE made an impression at trials and scored a big win at Albany. Numbers: 7 – 1 – 2 – 8 Suggested Bet – MY FAIR BALENTINE WIN Race 7 CELTIC COURT is a 60+ winner in a 54+ and drops from a C5 back into a C3. First-up effort was strong behind Ebony Magi, Get Over It, Dickoletto and subsequent Saturday winner Not To Be Mist. If Graham can get him outside the leader from the wide alley he’ll take beating. JARMAN reunites with Lucy Warwick and has been consistent all preparation. DIVINE QUEST gets back but has a sustained turn of foot. VITAL BLAST will be forgotten by the market but this is his easiest assignment in 12 months.
