Race 4 – No. 5  Pinkie Pie

Found early trouble when resuming from a lengthy break but what finishing hot on the heels of placegetters when making up solid late ground. Fitter and is worth following, especially when she ventures back over longer.

Race 8 – No. 3  Midnight Gas

Suffered from second-up syndrome last week when bombing the start and finding bother, finishing midfield. Drawn more favourably and can make amends.

Race 9 – No. 2  Rippin’s Crow

Was searching for a long range try only to be ankle-tapped late and wrapped up a few metres out from the line by Equity Share. Should find this easier and should toe-poke this one right over the black dot.
