Race 3 – No. 4  Senator

Mixing form over the shorter 380m at Cannington but returns to a more favourable trip, one which he has yet to miss the podium from in 5 starts. The only runner to break 30 seconds and could prove too good again.

Race 4 – No. 2  Crocodile Daisy  – Best Bet

Will find this easier than last week when runner up to the smart All The Rave. Drawn ideally and can go one better in this.

Race 8 – No. 7  Bushman’s Poem

Big 7 length winner over the shorter 509m last week in a slick 29.54. The only runner in this field to be tested over the 588m, winning and placing in 2 of his 3 tries so far. Capable of doubling up.
