Trent’s Gloucester Park Preview Posted on May 11, 2018 | Posted by Trent Cooper Trent Cooper’s Preview Race 1: YOUNG GUNS STANDING AT ALLWOOD STUD MS PACE BITCOIN (2) created a big impression when he led throughout to score a sizzling 1.54.8 victory on debut. He is well drawn again and will be extremely hard to catch if he finds the top. BLETCHLEY PARK (6) followed his impressive trial form with an easy 1.56.8 win at his first start and has plenty of ability but is drawn poorly here. MAJOR SURVIVOR (1) was fancied but took no part in the event won by BITCOIN (2) but has trialled well since and has the pole. SPORTS CENTRAL (5) has had a break but showed potential in his first campaign. Tips: 2 6 1 5 Suggested Bet: BITCOIN (2) to win. Race 2: PACING WA & GIRL POWER IN PACING WESTBRED MS PACE GOTTA GO GABBANA (2) has been forced to face the breeze at her last five starts and has performed admirably without winning. She is drawn inside her main rival tonight and can break back into the winners’ circle if she can find the top. CHIAROSCURO (3) showed good gate speed when an easy all the way winner before a good effort from a bad draw last start and will become the one to beat if he can cross at the start. AUCTIONEERS ELSU (4) can be in the money from this draw. ANIME (1) looks a great place chance from the pole. Tips: 2 3 4 1 Suggested Bet: GOTTA GO GABBANA (2) to win. Race 3: RAMSAYS HORSE TRANSPORT MS PACE DODOLICIOUS (4) wasn’t at her best last campaign but has trialled nicely for her return and will be hard to beat if anywhere near her top. IDEAL TYSON (9) is also resuming from a spell and has trialled well at Pinjarra. The wide draw and sprint trip are against him but he must be considered in this class. DREDLOCK ROCKSTAR (6) couldn’t make ground in a 55.2 last half last week but they shouldn’t be running as quick tonight. DANA DUKE (2) has finished worse than midfield at his last five starts but will appreciate the drop in class. Tips: 4 9 6 2 Suggested Bet: DODOLICIOUS (4) to win. Race 4: LANDMARK MIDVALE MS PACE ZENNART (1) is yet to win at this level but has shown enough to indicate that he can do so from this barrier. He has some quick beginners drawn to his outside but should give a great sight whether leading or sitting just off the pace. DEVENDRA (2) has great gate speed and a recent Pinjarra trial indicate he will be hard to catch if he finds the top. SHANDALE (3) looked a bit underdone first up but ran a creditable 3rd and will strip fitter for that run. WHOZIDEAWASTHIS (6) goes up a long way in class but must be considered on his times. Tips: 1 2 3 6 Suggested Bet: ZENNART (1) to win. Race 5: WASBA BREEDERS STAKES MARES MS PACE MAJOR REALITY (2) was a 1.54.6 winner two starts ago and then couldn’t get into the race in a stronger event. She is the best performed mare and has a perfect draw so must be the one to beat. MACZAFFAIR (3) will be fitter for her first up 4th off a 30m handicap and looks a major player. MILLVIEW SIENNA (1) doesn’t have the class of her main rivals but is flying and the draw brings her in with a chance. EDEN FRANCO (11) was a dominant winner last week but won’t be able to take up her favoured front-running role tonight. Tips: 8 13 10 11 Suggested Bet: MAJOR REALITY (2) to win. Race 6: LARKHILL VETS MS PACE ART KEEPER (1) is in top form, only missing a place once in his last five starts and that was a strong 4th after doing all of the work last week. He is perfectly drawn tonight and is clearly the one to beat. ARDENS CONCORD (3) beat home ART KEEPER (1) last week and looks the main danger from his nice draw. OHOKA DARCY (9) is the class horse of the field but has a wide draw to overcome. BILLY MACK (10) is better known as a strong staying type but can follow the pace and be thereabouts from this draw. Tips: 1 3 9 10 Suggested Bet: ART KEEPER (1) to win. Race 7: MILNE FEEDS THE PURE STEEL QUALIFYING HEAT TWO MS PACE SIMBA BROMAC (2) has won 12 of his last 16 starts and is running times that suggest he will get through the classes. This is his biggest test but he looks up for the challenge from this barrier. EL JACKO (9) has impressed in winning two of his last three and has the class to overcome the draw. MESSI (1) is a good front-runner and finally gets a draw so looks the other winning chance. KERRIN JOSEPH (6) is the best of the rest and can run into a place with the right trip. Tips: 2 9 1 6 Suggested Bet: SIMBA BROMAC (2) to win. Race 8: BUDGET STOCKFEEDS MS PACE BESOTTED (1) finished strongly when a 1.55.3 winner two starts back and wasn’t disgraced last week. He gets the draw to race in or closer to the lead tonight and should give a good sight. CAMPORA (10) has been placed from this draw in stronger fields at his last two starts and is capable of winning tonight. REAL LUCKY (9) hasn’t had much luck this time in but has the turn of foot to overcome this draw if he gets the right cart into the race. FROSTYFLYER (7) is racing consistently and shouldn’t be far away. Tips: 1 10 9 7 Suggested Bet: BESOTTED (1) to win. Race 9: FRESS EXPRESS MS PACE LUIS ALBERTO (1) won in weaker company three starts back before leading and being beaten in better fields at his last two. This looks easier and he is the one to beat from the pole. TOUCH OF SUCCESS (10) was a strong 2nd in slick time last start and will be hard to hold out if he gets clear running at the right time. BACK TO THE BEACH (7) won three of his last five starts before a short break and looks the other winning chance. ABSOLUTION (2) was a solid 5th here last week and can be placed with the right trip. Tips: 1 10 7 2 Suggested Bet: LUIS ALBERTO (1) to win. Race 10: VISION PRODUCE MS PACE ROBERT THE BRUCE (7) disappointed last start but his previous form makes him the one to beat here. He has had blinkers added and has the advantage of being drawn inside his main rival. RUNAWAY THREE (8) is working up to his best form and wasn’t far away when 3rd in a stronger field last week and looks the main danger. KASEY JOHN (1) has been plain at his last few starts but can improve from the pole. BUDD SIDEWINDER (9) will be running on and can get into the money at odds. Tips: 7 8 1 9 Suggested Bet: ROBERT THE BRUCE (7) to win. SuperPick - Race 10 No. 7 ROBERT THE BRUCE - Money Back Bet Now
