Sully’s NRL Round 12/Origin Game 1 Preview Posted on May 25, 2017May 25, 2017 | Posted by James Sullivan The split round kicks off at ANZ where the Rabbitohs host the Eels & remarkably neither team is affected by Origin selections. The Rabbitohs tinkered with their preparation when not catching the red eye after their narrow loss to the Storm in Perth and this could be the difference in this crucial game for both clubs. A week on from suffering a heavy defeat on Kiwi soil the Warriors host their oldest rivals, the Brisbane Broncos who are decimated by Origin selection with 7 missing and Andrew McCullough injured. It’s time for the Warriors to give their fans something to smile about and they get no better chance than what they will here. The Sharks welcome the Bulldogs to Shark Park on Saturday night with both teams missing key players due to Origin with the Sharks looking worse off in key positions and the Bulldogs looking for some consistency for 80 minutes. The Roosters head to the nation’s capital on Sunday missing five quality players and with Kenny-Dowall still suspended. The Raiders grabbed a much needed 2 points last week and won’t get a better opportunity even minus Josh Papalii to finally gain some momentum in the competition.
