TAB Agencies are now closed: How to claim winning tickets

Due to Federal Government restrictions placed on entertainment venues, all TAB Agencies and retail outlets have now closed until further notice.

If you have a TAB-issued betting ticket or voucher that you were unable to claim, please refer below for your options.

1. You can wait

TAB betting tickets and vouchers don’t have an expiry date, so you can hold on to them and redeem once the restrictions have lifted and our TAB Agencies reopen.

Remember to treat these vouchers like cash – if they are lost, they cannot be reissued.

2. You can deposit into your TABtouch account

Give our Customer Management Centre a call on 1300 36 36 88.

To be able to assist you as quickly as possible, please ensure you have the following information on hand;

  • Your TABtouch account number
  • A photo or scanned PDF of the winning ticket(s)

Once the tickets have been paid out and deposited into your TABtouch account, the winnings can be transferred to your nominated bank account.

3. If you don’t have a TABtouch account

Give our Customer Management Centre a call on 1300 36 36 88.

Have on hand a photo or scanned PDF of the winning ticket(s) and your banks details (account name, BSB and Account Number), the winnings will be sent to you via bank transfer.
